Let’s take a look at the new features and enhancements that went live across all Workplace applications this March.
Zoho Mail
When you Reply or Reply All to an email, original attachments can now be included automatically in your reply email— just enable Include Attachments in your Mail settings.
View subtasks within a main task as separate items in ToDo. Simply enable the Show all Subtasks option under More options to display them individually for easier management.
Blocked accounts enhancements
Blocked accounts are now easier to manage! Admins can view them in two distinct lists in the Admin Console, —Temporarily Blocked Accounts and Permanently Blocked Accounts. This makes it simpler to track and manage blocked users accounts effectively.
Zoho Cliq
Cross data center communication
You can now communicate with users who have Cliq accounts in different DCs (Data Centers) through external channels. It should be noted that for you to do so, your admin must enable worldwide communication policies in the admin panel.
Configurable Workdrive notifications
You now have the flexibility to configure how WorkDrive file-sharing notifications appear in Zoho Cliq. Based on your preference, you can choose to get your notifications directly in your private chat from the specific user, within Taz, or disable them entirely.
Enhance your messaging experience on mobile with the new Rich Text Editor. Format your messages with bold, strikethrough, hyperlink, and much more, for better readability. To access formatting options, simply select the text after typing in the editor.
Media domain whitelisting
All of our media servers are now grouped under a single domain, making it easier for your admin team to manage access. Instead of whitelisting multiple server IPs, admins only need to whitelist one domain to ensure calls and meetings work smoothly.
Stay engaged with discussions and trending topics by integrating Reddit with Zoho Cliq. Create Reddit posts, explore trending content, share relevant posts, and much more directly from within Zoho Cliq. You can try the extension from

Organize your thoughts and keep track of important notes with the Evernote extension. Capture ideas, sync notes seamlessly, and access them directly within Zoho Cliq. You can try the extension from

We have made improvements to the Polls extension to give you more control:
- Export poll results as a CSV for easy data analysis.
- Set a custom duration for your poll, as long as it’s within the 7-day limit.
- Get notified by the Poll Bot whenever a poll you are participating in has been modified.

Keep up with the latest activities by users you've followed with instant notifications in Zoho Connect.
Zoho Writer
Generate a concise summary of your document to provide a quick overview of the content and easily share or refine it.
Zoho Sheet
You can now upload an image and instantly convert it into an editable spreadsheet.
Using Pattern Fill in Zoho Sheet, you can automatically fill data in your other cells based on the data present in the adjacent cells.
Collaborating globally is smoother than ever before. With the new Translation feature in Zoho Sheet, you can seamlessly translate content across 74 different languages in a few simple steps.
Zoho Meeting
With Zoho Desk integration now in Zoho Meeting, you can track, respond to, and resolve meeting-related tickets directly from Zoho Desk to improve customer engagement and support efficiency.
You can now initiate a Personal Meeting Room session directly from the in Zoho Meeting Android app. Personal Meeting Room creates a reserved meeting space with a unique meeting ID/link that can be reused for regular meetings with the option to customise links.
We have now introduced an option to add co-hosts while scheduling a meeting session.
Latest Updates in the Zoho Meeting Mobile App:
- Breakout Rooms on iOS: Join breakout rooms seamlessly while attending meetings on your iOS device.
- Personal Rooms on Android: Start personal meeting rooms directly from the Zoho Meeting app on your Android device.
Zoho Show
With Zoho Show’s integration with Zoho Survey, you can easily add your survey results to your presentation as charts without switching tabs or downloading files.
Zoho Trident
You can now add files from Zoho WorkDrive directly to your emails without the extra step of downloading them to your device. It’s a faster, easier way to share the files you already have in the cloud.
Your Zoho CRM calls, meetings, and tasks now show up right inside Trident’s unified calendar. That means an organized view of your workday and no more scheduling conflicts.
Skip long forwards and cluttered threads. Create a permalink to the email you want to share, control who sees it, and set how long it’s available.
Easily stay on top of your inbox as well as those delegated to you, side-by-side in Trident. Depending on your permission level, you can view, read, or reply to emails, on behalf of the mailbox owner.
