Relationship between forms/tables
I have two forms, one is CustomerInfo and the other is Memo. The customer info is made for such as name, phone, email, ect, for every customer. I then have a memo form that keeps track of every message or phone conversation that goes on. Both forms have a field Customer ID. When I look up a customer from the field CustomerInfo, I would like the capacity to see all the phone conversations from the Memo field. Also be able to add a new memo for that customer. Any way I can do that? I have "subforms"

date/time
I am considering building or hiring someone from the marketplace to build a time sheet for my business. I have build some sample forms, but the "Date-Time" field seems really hard to use (from the user's perspective). You cannot type or select the time in an intuitive way, and it seems to be in a 24hr format. Is there a good workaround? The date function is fine.
Very easy question (but not for me)
Hi all, I am going to try to explain myself as clear as possible. I have a list of clients in a table call “Contacts” with typical fields like “Name, Surname, Phone and email”. I have other list of visits that I make to any client, of course I can visit a client several times. I see that the “email” field in the “Contacts view” is underlined and in blue color, and when I click on it it opens the mail, resuming it makes an action. Importing Data
I'm trying to import data into my view and the problem im having is when i try to import into the date/time field the date part comes in correctly but the time doesnt. It gives me the time 03:00:00 for all of the records. And i tried using the migration tool but its not allowing me to upload my excel sheet into the migration application. What should i do?
Prevent double vote/submit from a single user
How do i restrict a user to vote/submit only one time ? i don't want that user to vote second time or third time . or how to make the form to be "invissible" for that user after he submit ?

Hi, I have a form and am using a for each record statement which gets assigned to getroomstatus in my form i then need to check each column in a row for a value, the column is selected by user input I can use if getroomstatus.column1 == free , if getroomstatus.column2 == free etc etc This works ok but i have have 50 columns to check better would be to make getroomstatus.column1 as a result of user input I tried whichcolumn=getroomstatus+input.roomslected but this does not work also tried whichcolumn="getroomstatus."+input.roomselected

Calculating between two dates
So far i'm able to calculate the days between two dates, but is there a way where it can update the number of sick days the person has instead of it defaulting to the initial 14. For example I put in for Mike that he was sick between 14 and 15 and now he has 12 sick days left, is there a way where if I put that Mike has another 3 sick days it will use the formula from the previous email but instead of 14 it will use 12? Use of primary and secondary admin email
In Send mail task, it could be useful to be able to choose the email "send FROM" between the primary or the secondary email registered in the admin infos. Example : in temporary events where a specific (temporary) contact email is used to send mails, we have to set this temporary email as "primary"... Hi I've managed to get uploaded jpegs to appear as thumbnails in my list view - thanks for the forum tips to get this done...BUT Even TINY 100px wide thumbnails take forever to load in, and I plan to have a lot of them in a list. Search functionality using existing forms
Sorry as I know this has been asked a lot, just can't seem to find a simple solution. If I've already built a form inside of Zoho that I use for data entry, can I just use that form (or duplicate it as a stateless form) as a search page? So instead of using the form for "data entry", I now simply want users to be able to use one or more of the data fields there and hit a "Search" button at the bottom which takes all the criteria they entered, search the existing database, then take them to one of

Is there a way to have information entered from Public Application A to show up in a view on Private Application B? ( and be linked to a form with the "same" fields? I would like to create a form that a user can select options. When I push submit I would like the fields that were selected to show in a filtered view. What is the best way to approach this? Is there a way to NOT do a form submit when the user hits a carriage return in a single line field?
I'm using a bar code scanner to enter data in a form. The scanner always appends a carriage return to the end of the input. On multi-line input fields, that works great, but on single-line input fields, the carriage return causes the entire form to be submitted. I'd like to either have the carriage return ignored, or have it move to the next field in the form. Any way?
