Deactivating Migrated Users
I recently migrated users to our Zoho CRM Plus account. It was my intention that not all users included in the migration were going to be considered "active". The users that should be active & have received an invite have indicated that they did not. When I attempt locate and select the resend invite option via the Zoho admin panel it has randomly assigned users from the migration as "active" when in fact the users, not allowing me to deactivate and activate the correct users. See Recent Notes in custom view?
Hi, just curious if there is a way to view recent notes when viewing accounts in a custom view. I know you can choose any of the fields you wish to view, but it doesn't seem like you can view notes, recent notes, or any notes for that matter. If you have a list of 100 accounts and the view shows account name, address, etc you have to click on each account manually and scroll to the bottom to see the description in the notes of any recent activity. Fail to Associate Facebook ID in Social Hub
Hi , I am an Enterprise Plan user. I am trying to associate the Facebook ID of a Lead (in Lead Module) by the social hub. However, although I have tried to search both the (1)Shown Name and (2) the Facebook ID and (3) the FB Registered Email of that Lead inside the Social Hub in Zoho CRM, I can never find the exact right person (although lots of options had been showed by no one is the correct one. Cannot login to mobile app (both Android and IOS)
Hello Zoho community, For a while now we are facing a huge setback. I create users and they can use zoho CRM normally from their browser but when they try to login from their mobile devices they get a USER_NOT_ACTIVE message. I tried multiple times deleting and recreating the users from my company but it didn't work. I tried to log in with their mobile devices in my account and I encountered no problem. Therefore, I deduce that the problem lies with the accounts. Does anyone know why is this happening

Sync Contact Photos with Social Media

Add Custom Task fields to Workflow tasks
Need ability to create workflow automation tasks and pull in custom fields. Right now, we can only grab some default fields when automatically creating a task. This is an issue because we use tasks to record all of our outside sales efforts. we want to automate some follow up but can't because we rely heavily on custom fields in the Task module.

Hi All Is there a way of being able to send a reminder email every month or quarter using an automated process. I can see we can now set an email up in mail to do this. Hi Zoho, I require notification on special annual dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). I know that years ago this was not possible with the "professional" subscription. Tables and pannels do not show the dates when Scheduled calls must be performed
When you create a call and set "Scheduled" or "Programed" (not sure as I have Spanish language), The activity view do not show the "death date" (Fecha de vencimiento), I mean, the date when the call must be done, I have set a programed call to "Llamar a Rosa" on 1/02/17. Also if I go to the "home" where all pannels are shown you can see there are no date when the call must be done, but you can see that date in the case of Activities

I have the RingCentral integration active in CRM. My phone icons next to phone numbers have changed to the green RC icons. When I click them, it starts a dial out through RC. Working CRM IMAP integration timeline?
Just wondering if anyone over at zoho has come up with a time line for when the CRM IMAP system will actually work? BCC Dropbox intermittent failure
Hi, I use BCC to Dropbox with pretty much every email I send to an external contact. What I have discovered is that the email I sent sometimes shows up in the contact's record and sometimes it doesn't. I can see no reason for this and I do not believe it is 'operator error'. All data gone
I hadn't logged into Zoho for a long while. Now I did, and all the data we had entered (Contacts, Companies, Leads) is gone. It looks like I never used Zoho before - everything is empty. Report using custom modules and lookup field
I have a custom Module Patients with a lookup field for Provider Name which links to the custom Provider module. When I run a report showing all Patients with their Provider Name and Address, the Provider Name is incorrect. Instead of Provider Name it shows Patient Name again. Any ideas on how to get this report to work?
