Previewing attachments in email composer (Zoho CRM)
When I am sending an email from a contact's record, when I am in the compose email screen, if I add an attachment to the email, I cannot then click on the attachment to view it to see if it is in fact the correct attachment before sending. In Outlook I can do this. Can you please look into incorporating this into future updates? Thank you, Bianca.

Creating leaderboard for Zoho CRM
Hi, my client wants to be able to see the top ten salespeople in the firm. I can't find a way to create a report that sorts by a summed column in descending order. Has anyone been able to create a leaderboard style report in the past? I am not able to use Zoho Reports because the report is based on the Products module and Zoho Reports does not yet support this module. I have been trying to achieve this functionality via Zoho Creator but have been frustrated by the limited number of statements available
Automation between module fields
I have added a custom field to CRM Sales Order to specify an 'Order Type' I want to automatically add the contents of this field to the Invoice when the order is converted but can't see a way of doing this. Is it possible?
OPEN UP A TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN THE UK!!!
It is very difficult getting the help that you need with zoho CRM, when working in the UK. I phoned up for some help with zoho in the morning UK time, only to find that the phone line I am directed to is a US line, where it is 1:00 am, and there is hardly anyone around to help, and the person I spoke to sounding so quiet - possibly out of tiredness it was hard to understand, even if they did speak the same language as myself.

Alerts stopped working
It appears that sending alerts to the record owner is now only available in the Enterprise edition. I have been a Professional user for years and have used this feature. Now with no notice it is telling me I need to be an Enterprise user. I have seen no updates on any changes concerning this issue. The change apparently happened on 1/1/2013. Can anyone address this issue. It is causing my company delays since no one is getting email updates.
Duplicate contacts
When my callers are going through their contacts, they are finding that they are calling a number that has already been called before, yet there is no record in that contact that the call was already made. How can I have all information related to that particular number in one area so that they don't make duplicate calls?
CRM Report Scheduler, subject line
I was wondering if it was possible to modify the subject line of reports sent by the zoho CRM report scheduler. At present all delivered reports come in as Zoho CRM Report Scheduler this becomes confusing when you produce several reports per day, is it possible to make the subject line reflect the name of the report?

Thought I would share this work around to access documents in Dropbox using "Links" in ZCRM. In Dropbox I have a client folder for all my leads and contacts that I will drop documents into. They have a static address with the same URL that you can copy into the link "//www.dropbox.com/home/firstname/20lastname" This way in each lead or contact you can click your created link and go directly into the clients Dropbox folder. Now my problem is my limited size on my Dropbox folder. If this helps you
Notes disappearing in App on iPad & then online
Connected to internet on iPad, opened app, while viewing notes added to an account, notes disappeared right before my eyes. I never clicked on notes. I was looking at the account & titles of several notes. Once I logged in on my computer, and pulled up the account, I verified that notes are gone there as well.
Syncing with CRM Contacts
We are wanting to create a view in contacts but obviously we lose the lead status field when we move to the contacts module. My initial thought was to create a view from 'potentials' based off of the 'stage' field in order to sort our contacts but when I create the view I notice that I no longer have access to the custom fields I have created "ecampaign status" and "edate". Leads Not Displaying Fields
I havea number of fields that have been created I can see them in Fields Setup I can see them in Layout Setup But they do not appear when i open a lead - I have no way to input the data that I can see

One of the users for my organisation is not being to log in - accounts@perky-pat.com. Error encountered is "Access from this machine is not allowed". Tried everything, but no go. I need the IP restrictions for this account to be rolled back. Please resolve ASAP.
How to choose vendor in Quotes?
When I'm creating a new quote and hit the "add product" button, I get a list of ALL products for ALL vendors, and I cannot narrow it down to products related to one specific vendor. This makes life hell when browsing through hundreds of products. Is it any way to narrow this down to one specific vendor?

Cannot add 'Modified Time' to page layout
I have created a section where I want to show details about when a Lead was last edited and by whom. However, I cannot find the 'Modified Time' field anywhere in the page layout customization screen. Although I can see the 'Modified By' field. Does anyone know from where I can add this field to the page layout? Thanks, Soubhik
Notes in Contacts Auto Time Stamp
I wanted to know if there is a way to edit the time stamp when entering information to the Note section of a contact?? I want to go through and log say my last five calls but it will auto date stamp them as the date entered. If anyone could help with this it would be much appreciated. Thanks, Brett
Related fields in Campaigns do not stay sorted
In the campaigns where you can add your Leads & Contacts (Why NO Accounts????) the default sorting does not make sense. When i choose to sort by Company Name, it always looses this sorting. Can we change the default sort in the campaigns Leads & Contacts?

Error message when accessing the CRM calendar
When I click on the calendar icon in the top bar (next to the Search box), the calendar for the current month drops down. But when I go to click on an individual date within that month, I get this error message: You do not have permission to view this component as corresponding module has been disabled in your profile settings (or) in Organize Tabs Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Is there a better way to access the CRM calendar?

Zoho insists on assigning a company/account to a sales order. But many of our projects deal with the customer directly, and there is no "company" involved. How can we remove the mandatory "account" field so we can create a sales order directly with a residential customer?

My contacts Facebook account does not show up in the facebook search.
I have confirmed my contact's facebook account name, yet when I click on the FB link under my Contact pic and type their facebook account name, exactly as it is shown in facebook, their name does not show up in the list. Hi, would it be possible to see all notes nevertheless if it is a Lead, Contact, Opp,... so independent from Lead, Contact, Opp,... AND would it be customizable (in the user preferences?) to see my notes always ALL and MAXIMIZED. I work very frequently "every minute" with notes. Status for tasks
Is there a way to determine when the exact date of when a status was moved to complete? Right now Zoho can track when it was last updated, but that might not be accurate if the user went in to correct spelling or add a file to the task.
