Please could you tell me how to change the currencey from US dollars to UK Pounds
Date format in mail merge
In documents merged from Zoho into word I am finding that the date format is reversing. It is dd/mm/yyyy in Zoho but yyyy/mm/dd in the merged document. Is there any way to sort this out? Thanks
Importing Leads Assign Workflow Task to Lead Owner But No Email Notification Gets Sent?
I have had a search round an not been able to find the answer to this. I am importing leads via a.csv file. I import using 'import my organizations leads' On the import screen I select the relevant workflow task, which has within the task the 'notify assignee tick box' ticked. I import the leads and they get assigned to the relevant individuals however there is no email notification sent to the lead owner. Can anyone help? Thanks
How to remove users?
Hello, a couple of colleagues and I are assessing Zoho's usability for wider application. Unfortunately, we have a bit of a usability problem. Some how I added myself twice as a user, and now that I have invited my two colleagues, the user count will rise to 4. I deactivated one of my accounts, but get the message: Deactivating a user's status(including outlook status) will not deduct the number of user licenses for which your company is billed. My colleague created a new CRM account and then deleted herself as an admin/user. I then went in and created a separate, new CRM and put in her email address to add her as an admin/user and I received the error: " This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user." How can her email address be "reset" so that I can invite her to the correct CRM? Thanks, Chaliese

HI! Seems some basic tools like printing receipts and credit note (for returned products - which will also update stock accordingly) will be nice to have. How to access Potential -> Contact info from Potential email template?
Hi, I need to send automated summaries of Potentials at certain points. However, I also need to include the Potential client contact info as part of this. From a Potential email template, I only see access to User, Potential, and Account fields. I have tried manually inputting #{Contact.Phone} but the field is ignored on the output. How can I access this information (a simple join) in a Potentials email template? Thank you!

How do you modify Related List Views? For Example, under Contact the related list view for Products shows Product name, Product Code, and Unit Price. We need the list view to show different fields. How do we change this? Thanks.
Integrate Zoho CRM API data into Excel
I would like to integrate the data returned by the CRM API into an Excel sheet. This is aimed at allowing a spreadsheet to automatically update itself through a call to the web services.So far, it looks like some VB code will be needed to handle getting a ticket and setting it on the web service call URLs. I could also parse the XML that way, but it would be nice to just use the builtin XML handling in Excel 2007 to process this data into an XML table. The format of the API records from the CRM
Problem with creating lookup fields
I tried to create a lookup field as described in: http://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-CRM---Custom-Fields.html#Create_Lookup_Field and when I follow the steps, the "lookup" option is not shown in the field information pulldown. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Matt
Potentials & Priting Main Page
Does anyone know if you can edit the layout when you print the 'potentials' screen? I would would to be able to print a 1 A4 sheet showing the main details of each potential. I have renamed it Projects and would love to be able to print a cover sheet for example. Can anyone help? Thanks Jim
Creating Quotes for Contacts Without Account
I've been informed that the Account information is transferred when creating a Quote. 50% of our leads do not have a company name (B2C). When they are converted, no account is created. Therefor, when creating a quote, the address information in missing. This has lead me to do the unthinkable having sales people create fake company names so when they convert them, they can create a quote with the address information. I really don't want to take it to the next level and have the web2lead put false

Duplicate values in Leads Pick List
I am trying to create a Pick List in Leads with the names of a large number of vehicles and models. When I try to do this I am being stopped from proceedng because there are duplicate values. I assume this is because the name of the vehicle is being tagged even though there is a different model after each make E.G "ALFA ROMEO 146 3 door hatch", "ALFA ROMEO 146 4 door sedan" Can any one help me with this?

I upgraded to the professional edition today so I can send out mass emails. Is there any way of finding out how many emails you have sent on a given day? As well, is there a way to tie the emails to the account instead of the contact? Alternatively, is there a way to view the emails sent to the contacts for an account on the account's page? I hate having to drill down into each individual contact's page to see what emails have been sent. And I'm still not sure how to fully integrate the Zoho Mail

"Assigned to" field linked to Workflow Tasks' "Assigned to" field possible in Tasks and Events?
Is it possible to have an "Assigned to" field in Task and Events? I know I can make a "custom" field, but that's not what I want to do: I want to have it be the same "Assigned to" field that is in Workflow Tasks. Otherwise, when the workflow task is automatically assigned via the workflow rule, we cannot see who is responsible for that task in the Task and Events list. We have to manually add the person who is responsible in the Task and Events list, but this is not something we have the time to

Stuck with typo in email address for new unconfirmed user - now what do i do????
We have the Free Edition, which is limited to 3 users. Yesterday I added the 3rd user, and the system automatically generated an invitation for him to log in. However, I had made a typo in his email address, so he did not receive the invite, and his confirmation status is still "unconfirmed" How in the world can I fix this? He can't log in to do it himself. And with the Free Edition his status is Active, and his profile is automatically Administrator, which I cannot change. That means I cannot
Not receiving only some email ...not spam but customers
Hi. I've recently started to settle into using Zoho email in CRM and it all seems to be working fine except that i noticed recently that some emails i have been sent are not coming through. I still have outlook operating on my PC so i can compare what is received in Zoho with those emails from outlook and they should all be the same. Associate to an Account Task generated from and order
I need a reminder for invoicing that allow me tro track the amount, the invoice forecasted date and the supposed payment date. They can be more than one for each order, and I would like to track also for potentials. In any case they should be created before the invoice I could do it quite fine with task additional fields, but I cannot find a way to have a report that links task to accounts if I create them from and order or opportunity. Why does CRM freeze all of the time?

contacts to cases custom field fill
So I notice that when I'm on a contact record, and scroll down to "cases" and click "New", that the Email field in the New Case automatically populates with the email field from the Contacts module. This excited me, as there are key bits of information in the Contacts module (I've renamed it Services) that I would like to autofill into the case every time to prevent the agony of retyping (and because I'm programming the first automatic email sent when a case is opened to include this information).

I want to put some custom HTML in a tab in CRM. In an IFRAME maybe? Have one that displays a leads webpage, maybe brings back and sorts facebook info. Is this possible?
Including Won potentials in reports?
Hi, it looks like all the reports available (for example pipeline by stage and pipeline by probability) don't include potentials that have been won while I believe they really should. Unless there is a way and I haven't found it. Thanks in advance Marco

An interesting situation that requires suggestions/ solutions
