Price Book Preview and Print
Here is my question. While in Price Books > {select price book} When I click on "Print Preview" of the price book it shows the first 10 entries. I click the next button to show the remaining 5 products but the "Print Preview" only shows the same original 10 entries. Is there a way to show all of the products in the price book and print them out? I may be missing something but not sure what. Having the ability to print out all of the products in each of the price book is key. Thanks in advance.
How can I tell if a product is in a price book?
I've been trying to create price books for my diff. products but when I go to invoicing my price books never show up. Please include in the Products: All Products a column that tells me which price book that particular product belongs to... and keep in mind that one product can be in diff. price books based on markup for diff. end consumers! many many thanks Dennis dgd

Hello, I need to use PriceBooks but in the IMPORT field only general data avaiable and it is not possible to update the price for the whole range of products AFAIK I need to update price book with price up to 10000 products How it could be done?

Formula Field not updating
I've deleted and re-created a formula field several different ways and each time the formula field does not update when creating a new lead. To get the field to update, you must create the lead, then re-open the lead and edit one of the fields associated with the formula. This is an error in Zoho.
String formula not updating
I created a formula using the If statement based on whether the value in one field is larger than the value in another field. The formula field is not updating after the lead form gets saved and since I have a rule triggering off of the value in this field, the rule never gets triggered either. How do I get Zoho to update this field.

View Invoices in Zoho CRM
Hi I would like to be able to view all the invoices created in Zoho Books and assigned to a particular vendor or contact, from within Zoho CRM. This would greatly assist reporting. Is this possible? thanks
Tasks - Cancelled
On occasion a task is created, worked on, then cancelled or abandoned. While updating the Status field to 'Completed' removes the task from the Active lists, the descriptor is inaccurate. I have created another drop-down option called 'Cancelled' and would like to know how to code this option to automatically move the task from Open to Closed Activities. Thanks Felicity
URL Parameter tracking for Emails
Hi, I am trying to send email templates that I have created to Contacts. I want to know how to add url parameter tracking into the email templates. I do not want to create campaigns, I want to choose who to email from my Contact list. How do I update the url parameters to track these smaller groups of people I am emailing?

I understand that this is not currently a feature, but I'd like to post a request that the feature be added so you know there's demand for it: If possible, please add the ability to convert accounts back to leads. We operate in an industry where clients can be won and lost from year to year and we would not like to lose all the historical information associated with the accounts if they are lost, should we decide to pursue them in the future.
Winter time change
Dear team, Last Sunday, many countries (but USA) have switched to winter time. This means that these countries (including most of Europe) had their clocks adjusted to have one hour less. I have my CRM based on Mexico time. This country has also switched to winter time. However, this does not seem to be taken into account by your system: I am receiving my scheduled reports one hour earlier. I bet that same issue is arising for reminders. Formula Fields deducting a number of days from a given date
Hi I am sure that this can be achieved but I keep ending up with a syntax error. I have a contract end date which is manually entered or imported from a web form. I would like a formula field which simply calculates the contract end date minus 130 days. If it can be displayed as a date rather than a date/time even better. I already have a process that alerts the client via email but have the review date in an email on other followup correspondence will look very professional.

Lead Import failed
Friday and again this morning trying to import leads I get a message stating "File should not contain more than 95 rows" Using Zoho CRM free version 3404 leads currently + 8 accounts with 11 contacts (less than 5000 record limit) importing from excel worksheet (has been used to import more leads in the past 216 leads to add (increases total count to 3620 leads plus accounts and contacts but still less than 5000 limit) Why is Zoho limiting uploads to 95 rows?
Skype and Google Voice calling
Since I am doing a round of "dialing for dollars" today some of the phone-related functions are more noticeable today. I want to suggest some other features that I think would offer great usability improvement. Field Names Don't Match in Leads Form
In the Fields List the field is named "Last Name" (Screenshot 1: attached). In the Leads Layout it is also named "Last Name" (Screenshot 2: attached), however in the final leads form after the info has been entered and saved as a new lead, the "Last Name" field is now appearing as "Lead Name" (Screenshot 3: attached). Zoho & Skype calls
Does anyone know if I can automatically dial telephone numbers direct from Zoho using my Skype account? At the moment when I select a phone number from Zoho it opens my Skype screen but does not automatically dial or populate the Skype screen with the telephone number I clicked on so I have to copy and paste from Zoho manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Associate a Contact with an email sent to a lead?
Is there a way to associate/link a Contact (or another Lead) to an email sent to a different lead? I know we can track the emails sent to a particular lead or contact, but if I wanted to associated a 3rd lead or contact to that particular email, is there a way to do so? An example of doing this is to associate a Contact with an introductory email to a particular Lead b/c that Contact made a referral or a suggestion. It would be nice to attach the Contact to that email, without including that Contact

different values in a pick list when from PC or from Cell
I must have made a mess with the Tasks Module. I have personalized the pick list: "Status" with 6 values, but 1. when I update the field for a task I find "Not started" repeated two times - from the pc and 2. from the iphone "Completed" isn't available, "Not started" is listed one only times (I made the reset to be clean). Can someone help me understand and fix this funny situation, please?
Changing of translation
Hello, our company uses Zoho CRM in russian, and we have a problem: the translation of standard field's name has changed 2 times by itself (tab "Potentials, mandatory field "Closing date"). What can be the reason of this? Is there a way to fix the translation?

Signing in to ZoHo through MS Outlook Add In
Apols if this has been done before. I can't sign in to ZoHO through the Add In function. It tells me " please specify a valid email and password. I have uninstalled the app twice, changed the password twice and still no good. My colleague has used my details on his lap top and signed in without a problem. Customise the labels of Standard Fields
Hi, It would be really good if we could customise the labels on the standard fields particularly the address fields in Contacts and Accounts. The address fields aren't entirely suitable for all countries and if you use custom fields in the address section in order to get labels that are more relevant you lose the copy feature for duplicating the mailing/Billing address data in to the shipping/other address fields. Inventory Templates Disaster
I just signed up for the Professional level of CRM. The first thing I needed to do was modify the quote template. What a disaster. The html editor provided is very low quality. I never did figure out how to alter a table once it was placed. Finally, I took the code and modified it in a professional html editor and pasted it back in. The back and forth has taken a whole day and still there is a problem with two of the database fields populating. I am very, very disappointed in this functionality,
Company Screen too large for computer screen
Some of the company screens no longer fit within the computer screen, some do. Why is this happening and what can I do about it. I have to scroll to see the entire company screen.
