Multiple Contacts Per Lead
Hello, In the Lead stage, we begin to Contact the lead before moving them to a potential. IN the process, we create multiple contacts per lead. When we convert it to a potential and Contact, we want multiple contact records to be created per account/company. How can we do this? If its only in Creator, can someone point me in the right direction of variable/values to use? Thank you
Uploading Contacts within Accounts
I am new to Zoho CRM. Slowly but surely I've been uploading all of our customers into the Accounts section. However, at the same time, I'd really like to upload the contacts for those accounts. I don't see any fields for this though in the mass upload section. am I missing something? Or does anyone know of a way to do this?
