CTI, Asterisk Integration.
Hello. I want to know if you have an CTI (Computer telephony Integration) module. We need to integrate Asterisk VOIP pbx to Zoho CRM so we can connect CRM data with customers calls. SalesForce CRM has this type of integration but I think it will be useful if we can do something like this with Zoho since its a more affordable solution.
Attach PDF to Potential. Data Limit?
Hello Zoho Team, We have Zoho Professional ($20/user/month). The way we have our workflow set up as of now is that we our attaching a PDF to each potential we create. I have read under the plan details that Zoho Professional has unlimited data storage. However, will the PDF files we attach to our potentials create conflict with our total allowed data storage? How to detect when a lead is on my site?
Hi Guys, New here so be kind... :) We are using Zoho CRM. We currently have lots of leads / potentials within Zoho CRM. I would like to be able to determine when an existing lead is visiting my site , and improve the lead score. The visit may have initiated visit from an email campaign. SalesIQ doesn't seem to be able to handle this as far as my trials have gone to date... Any help much appreciated :)

When i am importing leads and select skipping by email. does the email check use the domain to skip or the whole email id? for example: if we already have name@acme.com, does the system skip name2@acme.com or will it be considered a new id?

Hi I am a paid member of ZOHO CRM And for the hundredth time my Zoho CRM Social Tab does not update correctly, it can work perfectly for several weeks, but then it simply stops working...I have posted several times about this.... and I know there are New Messages in Facebook from prospects but they simply do not show up in my Social Tab, so I have to add them manually instead. The problem sometimes resolves "magically" days later or I have to delete and re-associate my facebook account once again.
set column width in tables?
I created a table with 7 columns and 15 rows. Is there a way to set each column width permanently? I have one that needs to stay at about 40% of the complete table width.

Adding product count number on Quote templates (via Customization > Templates)
I want to add a number (via template customization) in front of each product I list on a Quote (like a numbered list). They should be in ascending order like so: product 1 description of product 1 ... price of product 1 ... product 2 description of product 2 ... price of product 2 ... New Team Members Unable to view Shared Account Data
Hello Please assist: I recently created two new user profiles for my Zoho CRM team account, however both accounts appear unable to access shared team data for Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Potentials and Campaigns... All fields appear blank, while new user profiles had previously been able to view data and activities shared across the whole team. You have some flaws in your programing
I have been playing around with the new template design function online and have noticed a few flaws. I created a table with 6 columns and the top row has the names of the columns. I added spaces to help size the widths of the columns. I noticed if I email the template from my computer the columns widths do not save. HOWEVER If I email the template from within my iPad app the columns widths are saved how I set them. Another thing I noticed is I can not save a table width by set pixels. It reverts
bug on invoice and quotes
For the last couple of days invoices and quotes does not appear to always be updating amounts correctly so that the totals are incorrect. We sometimes need to close and open the form several times before it sorts it self out. IDEAS

On the control panel online when I click on Accounts to see the list how do I send emails to them? I see no link to send emails. I do however see a link on my iPad but would prefer to send the email from the website control panel.
Best Practices: Optimal File Storage Method?
Would like to hear from Zoho CRM users.... Does anyone have a really good method or uses an add-on to manage files for Accounts. The issue i'm finding is that is cumbersome to upload and download files. We get a lot of attachments through emails and we would like to drag and drop the attachments into the account or accounts folder straight from Outlook. How to auto populate field Pick List menu
Hello, I imported records into existing field types and the "Lead Source" field is a Pick List field type. There are about 20 different phrases, ie, lead sources in that field in the database I imported. Is there a way to have Zoho auto populate the menu list with the unique values of the 20 lead sources. Intermittent Bug - CRM Emails Not Merging Fields
For the past 72 hours we've had the odd email (using Email Templates) sent out of Zoho CRM being delivered with all merge fields blank. Why is every activity HIGH priority?
Hi there. It seems that Zoho CRM is set to default every activity as HIGH priority. Can we change this to default to NORMAL? If every activity is 'high' priority, then really no activity is 'high' priority (if you know what I mean?). And having to manually switch each and every new task to 'normal priority' is a hassle and unnecessary. thank you!
need help with a Quote form.
I want to create a quote form where I can list about 10 items. I want to have item number, order qty, Pkg Qty, Total Qty, Description, Package Price, Price Per Unit, Total Price. Then I need a Subtotal, Tax, Freight area with a grand total. And of course I need an area with sold to, bill to, date. Is this possible? What I use now is an excel spreadsheet which has all this. How to change the order of Notes in Contacts to make the most recent appear first rather than last
All Notes are in visible in Oldest to Recent order oldest at the top. With tons of note history from legacy systems, scrolling to bottom for each contact is hugely inefficient. Thanks, Russ K

Lead Source in Leads different then the one in opportunites.
Hi, We have a Lead Source pick list in Leads and one in opportunities but they aren't the same but seem to be mapped??? If they are mapped after they were created separately would this be the problem? The reason we want them the same is some of our leads we pass onto distributors so they will never be converted and an opportunity created under that company but we still want to be able to track the conversion of these. Hi 2nd Post, Creating a view list from Contacts for a mass email. When i create the view list i find have several duplicated contacts. Further investigation after doing a deduplicate i find that the contacts aren't actually duplicated, but rather that the list created has generated the same contact for each product that is listed on the Contact page. Setting an opportunity "on hold"
Hi there, is it possibly to set an opportunity "on hold" for an amount of time? In my current case we have an opportunity where we need to get back to the client not mid of next month - but it pops up in every sales meeting as it wasn't decided on until now (and will not before mid of next month). The only solution we came up with so far, was to delete and recreate it next month.

Is it possible to use macros for company-internal communications? The use case is: When a client makes a purchase for the first time, we need to set them up on our internal accounting system, and I would like to create a macro that sends the information we have in the CRM to a person in our accounting department who is not a CRM user.
