"Quick Actions" customization
In Zoho CRM is there a way to customize the fields in the "Quick Actions" list? For example, the quick action "Add a New Contact" can be found when viewing an account. When using this function, I'd like to be able to enter the Title of the contact I'm adding. Is this possible?

On New Feeds Bell Icon Not adding Numbers!!
I am using the custom function to notify the another account user(Test User) on new potential creation in my CRM account. The another account user (Test User) also get updates in feeds about the changes made in 'Potential'. But 'Feed Bell Icon Not adding Numbers on New Feeds' thus loosing the importance of feed notification.

Why does Zoho show me banner ads at the top of our CRM to all users?
I keep seeing banner ads at the top of CRM, today it was about "Why your CRM should be fully integrated, read our blog." It shows this to ALL my users not just admins which looks super unprofessional trying to pitch CRM features to basic users, especially considering I'm paying for an "Enterprise" product not sure why I'm being shown ads. We even had a user open a help desk ticket thinking they were supposed to be doing something. I did live chat and was told it's by design and cannot be disabled

Zoho CRM issue: Our super admin has deleted his Zoho account (do not ask why). CRM is still alive but nobody has admin rights. Using webforms to capture user sign-up. After they have signed up, I have configured my webform to send an acknowledge e-mail to the subscriber. Multiselection Picklists and Reports created of one option from the list
I'm trying to tag contacts with various tags. I've created a multiselection picklist for these tags. Now I want to only see all the contacts that have one of those tags. However, reports only list the tags all together. In other words, the multipick list has created a one to one relationship, but I need a one (contact) to many (tags) relationship. How can I create a report that shows up all the contacts who are tagged with just one of the options from the multiselection picklist?
E-mailing a partially filled form
I need a way of e-mailing a potential client with a form that is pre-filled with the information that I already have for them and blanks for the information still needed in order to turn them from a lead to a client. Terrible user management for admins
I've been working with a variety of enterprise level CRM's since 2004 and I've never encountered such poor user management features for admins. The inability for an admin to change the email or password of a user is truly bewildering. A user has left and I simply want to change the email on the user to the new employee. I'd put up with not being able to change the password if I could change the email, the new employee can do a forgot password. Come on Zoho, this is 2016. Even the old username is

Hi, I sent about 490 emails from CRM on 10/01/17. When filtering leads by email status by sent on date '10/01/17' And status is 'any of above' Only 80 of the 490 leads came back in results. Why was that?

IMAP Connectivity to Gmail
Hello, I see that my account has iMap connectivity to Gmail but one of my users does not, and I cant turn it on? I'm a superadmin from what I can see. I'm requesting you please add a third option, "Import Leads for User" followed by a pick list of users. I often import leads for a single user, which requires me to always add a "Lead Owner" column. Zoho Writer - Cannot save updates to Mail Merge templates
Hi! I have an urgent issue in that I can no longer update mail merge templates that we use for Quotes etc. It says that it is autosaving but it isn't. When I do a manual update to the template I get an error message. I have tried creating new templates in Zoho Writer and get the same problem. Greetings, One of our users has a primary gmail account synched to Zoho CRM, but with several gmail aliases associated with this account. These are 'true' aliases, and not those using the '+' symbol. Cannot edit first name of Leads and Contacts, editing task fields hidden - general z-order issues?
Hi, Since the last release I have noted that the firstname field displays as blank and it looks like you cannot add data into it: - When adding a new Lead - When editing a Lead or Contact The field appears to be present though, as I can tab to it, type and some of what I type is saved, but not displayed when editing. "House Accounts" that All Can See
Hi, We have 30 or so "house accounts" that I've assigned to me, the system administrator. Using a .csv file to import record to Zoho CRM giving me a problem
Hi. I need to import some contacts from Salesforce into an account in Zoho CRM. In order to do this I need a .csv file. As we all know, the "Account ID" field of the import is mandatory. How to add a formula to a view's criteria
I know there are formula fields that can be added to a form, but how would I add a formula to the criteria of a view? For instance. We have a field in our Contacts form that is the date they joined our program. I need to find all of the contacts that are due for renewal today. So if they joined on Dec. 15,2012 the formula would return the value of 15. The formula I want to use is "Dayofmonth(${Contacts.Payment Start Date})" but I can't see where to use that when defining a view's criteria. Any help
