iPhone - How do I purchase additional user licenses for my organization?
Steps to purchase additional user licenses through Bigin
1. Open the Bigin mobile app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings > Open the plan details of your current subscription.
3. Tap Manage Subscription.
4. Select a plan based on the number of user licenses you need, e.g., Premier CRM - Yearly (1 User).
5. Complete Apple's payment authentication process. Once that step is done, your subscription will now be converted to the one you choose.
Note:
1. You can only modify Apple-purchased subscriptions using an Apple device.
2. From the mobile app you may purchase a maximum of 5 user licenses. For additional user licenses, please reach out to us using the feedback option in the mobile app.

1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the user image at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions > Select Bigin By Zoho CRM.
4. Select a plan based on the number of user licenses you need, e.g., Premier CRM - Yearly (1 User).
5. Complete Apple's payment authentication process. Once that step is done, your subscription plan will be updated.
