Portal owner can upgrade to the Premium plan or change the billing details of your subscription.
Upgrade from Free to Paid plan
You can upgrade from a free plan to Premium plan in Zoho BugTracker.
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Click Upgrade under a paid plan.
Select additional user add on as per your requirement and click Continue.
Review your order and click Confirm.
Enter your payment details and then click Calculate Tax to know the final billing amount.
Click Make Payment to complete the payment.
This upgrades your plan to a paid plan and the required amount is charged to your credit card. You will receive an email along with the plan details for your records. Payments are recurring and your credit card will be charged automatically.
Upgrade or Downgrade Add-Ons
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band and click Subscription Details. You can manage your plans and upgrades from the Manage Subscription section.
To upgrade your add-ons:
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Select Upgrade Add-Ons under Manage Subscription in the right corner.
Select the number of additional users and then click Continue.
Click Make Payment to finalize your purchase.
To downgrade your add-ons:
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Select Downgrade Add-Ons under Manage Subscription in the right corner.
Select the number of users you want to reduce.
Click Downgrade to and then click Confirm. Your add-ons will be reduced.
Change from Monthly to Yearly Subscription
You can switch from monthly subscription to yearly and save on costs.
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view details.
Click Switch to Yearly.
Modify Credit Card Details
You can change your credit card details if required.
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Hover over the credit card in Payment Method and click Change Credit Card.
Modify the required credit card details.
Click Update to update the modified credit card details.
Downgrade to Free Plan
You can downgrade to the free plan if required.
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Click Change Plan in the right corner.
Hover over the existing plan and then click Upgrade/Downgrade Plan.
Click DOWNGRADE under Free.
Click Continue to downgrade to free plan.
Enter the reason for cancellation in the Downgrade to Free Edition and then click Downgrade to Free to cancel the plan. A confirmation message about cancelling the plan is displayed.
Download the Payment Invoice
You can view the payment history and also download the required invoice from Zoho BugTracker.
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Click Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Hover over the Payment History and click View Payment History in Recurring On section.
View all the payment accounts.
Click to download the .pdf of the required invoice in the Invoice column.
