Can you see what you have scheduled for the next 24 hours?
Yes. You can view the upcoming events.
Can you schedule dashboard reports to be emailed periodically?
No. Periodic sending of dashboard reports is not supported.
Why can't I export dashboard charts as files?
Dashboard widgets are currently not available for download.
Can you get hourly open/click metrics in the dashboard?
The Campaigns dashboard does not support hourly breakdowns.
Can you consolidate automation and regular campaign data in the dashboard?
No. This cannot be created in the dashboard.
Can you customize the dashboard to show only selected campaigns?
Currently, the dashboard filters are limited, allowing you to view only the data for recent campaigns.
Where can you find Zoho Campaign’s support email address and phone number?
If you scroll down the dashboard, you can see our support email and the contact number for your region.
Do you have recorded webinars or Knowledge Base to learn about Zoho Campaigns?
Yes. You can find links to webinars and help documents on the dashboard page if you scroll down.
Can you book a demo in the dashboard?
Yes. If you scroll down the dashboard, you can see the “Schedule a demo” option. Book the demo, and our sales team will get in touch with you to schedule it.
Can you view your plan in the dashboard?
No. To view the subscription plan details, navigate to Settings at the top right. Under the General section, find and click Subscription.
Where do you see how many contacts were reached by each campaign?
We recommend using the Reports module to access detailed recipient activities for each campaign.
Can you see how many contacts you have?
Yes. The Total Contacts widget on the dashboard displays this information.
Why can’t you see any data in the dashboard?
Make sure you have sent at least one campaign and that contacts have engaged. Also, verify your user role permissions.
Is the dashboard customizable per user or role?
No. The dashboard reflects account-level data, not user-specific data. Widget rearrangement is personalized and applies only to individual users.
Do abandoned cart stats from Shopify and WooCommerce appear in the dashboard?
No. Currently, e-commerce data is not available in the dashboard.
You updated contacts in the CRM but don’t see changes in the dashboard. What is the reason for this?
Please ensure that the contact-field mapping is correct and that sync settings are enabled under Integrations.
Does dashboard data include campaigns sent via API or external tools?
Only email campaigns created and sent through Zoho Campaigns are reflected in the dashboard. Campaign sent via third-party tools aren’t included.
Is it possible to add UTM or Google Analytics tracking data to the dashboard?
No. External analytics data isn’t reflected in Zoho Campaigns, but you can use Zoho Analytics integration for deeper insights.
Can you add custom widgets using HTML or code snippets?
No. Zoho Campaigns currently doesn’t support custom-coded widgets or third-party embeds within the dashboard.
Why are some campaigns missing from the dashboard view?
Ensure that the campaigns are sent (not saved as drafts) and that the contacts aren’t part of active lists.
Can you give someone read-only access to the dashboard?
You can adjust their user role in Zoho Campaigns, but there is no direct “readonly” option for dashboards.
Is there a dark mode or theme option for the dashboard?
No. Theme customization (including dark mode) is currently not supported in Zoho Campaigns.
Can you hide or remove widgets from the dashboard?
Yes. You can remove or hide widgets temporarily from the dashboard, but they cannot be permanently deleted.
Can you download or export dashboard data?
No. Direct export isn’t supported in the Zoho Campaigns dashboard, but you can use Zoho Analytics for detailed campaign data.
Where do you find the dashboard?
After logging into Zoho Campaigns, you can access the dashboard from the left-hand panel.
Can you reset or refresh the dashboard manually?
No manual refresh is needed; the dashboard updates automatically.
Why are unsubscribe and bounce numbers higher on the dashboard than in reports?
The dashboard displays cumulative data across all campaigns.
Can you see stats for autoresponders or workflows in the dashboard?
Yes. But only email activities (opens, clicks, unsubscribes) from workflows will appear. Other workflow actions will not be displayed.
Why is your recent campaign not showing up on the dashboard?
Please check if the campaign is still in “Scheduled” or “Sending” status. The dashboard updates only after the campaign has been successfully sent.
Does the dashboard include test or draft campaign data?
No. Only sent campaigns (both regular and automated) are included in the dashboard metrics. Drafts and test emails are excluded.
What is the new contacts count in the dashboard representing?
New contacts refers to those newly added in the last 7, 15, and 30 days
Is it possible to view subscribed and unsubscribed contacts in the dashboard?
On the dashboard, you can see a bar graph showing the number of contacts subscribed and unsubscribed over the past six months, along with the total number of unsubscribed contacts.
What total number of contacts does the dashboard represent?
The dashboard displays the count of all contacts, including marketing, nonmarketing, and unsubscribed contacts.
Can you revert dashboard changes after customization?
Yes. You can reset the dashboard layout to the default view by clicking the Reset button under Customization.
How many dashboard pages are available?
Zoho Campaigns offers two dashboard pages (Page 1 and Page 2), enabling you to organize and separate different sets of widgets.
Why are you seeing discrepancies between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics dashboard data?
Discrepancies occur because Zoho Campaigns shows real-time, campaignspecific data, while Zoho Analytics displays synced, cumulative summaries.
Why is the unsubscribe count different in reports vs. dashboards?
The dashboard displays the total combined data of unsubscribes for all campaigns, whereas individual reports show data for each campaign separately.
Can you create the campaign directly from the dashboard?
Yes. You can create a campaign by clicking the + symbol next to Email Campaign and selecting either a Regular or Advanced campaign.
Why is automation data missing from the dashboard?
Currently, the dashboard provides autoresponder data for the past 7, 15, and 30 days.
Can I create a personalized dashboard per user?
No. All users have access to a common dashboard, with visibility determined by their role-based permissions.
