Does all workspace reports will be reflect in the default org space?
No. the sent campaign will be reflected only on the specific workspace.
Does Zoho Campaigns filter bot and reliable activity?
Yes. We have a separate option to enable bot filtration. So once the option has been enabled, the data can be filtered.
What are the available views in the sent campaign Reports module?
There is a List view and a Card view. Based on your preference, a view can be selected by clicking on the icon before going to the Export reports.
Does Zoho campaigns have an option to check the total number of sent campaigns in reports?
Yes. Navigate to the Reports module. In the bottom-right corner, click the Total count button to check the total counts of a sent campaign.
What does “link click” mean?
This is a detailed report of the number of times each link was clicked, as well as the number of unique clicks per link. You can also view recipient details for specific links and find the untracked links as well.
What does "Click to open rate" mean?
Here, unique link clicks are divided by unique opens and expressed as a percentage. This tells you how many of the recipients who opened your email campaign clicked any given link.
What does "Total Click Distribution" mean?
This is the individual click percentages for each link in your email campaign. You can use this data to find out which content your recipients pay more attention to. By comparing these percentages, you can more effectively place links in your future ...
Can you move all of the campaigns at one time to a different folder?
Yes. Click on Select all and click on the Move folder button to move all campaigns.
Can you delete all campaigns at one time?
Yes. Click Select all and click on the Trash icon to delete all campaigns.
How do you change the number or percentages in the Report view?
Navigate to Reports → Sent campaigns. On the top, there’s a clickable button for selecting the percentage or count.
How many campaigns can you compare at a time?
You will be able to compare five campaign reports simultaneously.
Can you send follow-up campaigns based on reports?
Yes. You may have to open the specific campaign report and click the Send Follow-up button in the top-right corner of the Reports page.
How do you find contacts in a mailing list that never received a campaign?
Under Reports → List-based reports. Select the particular list under Contact data → Never received Campaign.
Under “List-based reports,” what does “Not opened recently” mean?
This lists the contacts who have not opened campaigns sent to the mailing list in recent times, which can range from the last month to the last 12 months.
Under “List-based reports,” what does not opened mean?
This lists the contacts who haven't opened any of the campaigns sent to the mailing list.
Do list reports include autoresponders and workflow emails?
No. List-based reports only cover regular email campaigns sent to that mailing list. Automation metrics are tracked separately under the Automation → Reports section.
Can you compare performance across multiple lists?
Currently, Zoho Campaigns allows viewing reports per list, but there’s no direct comparison view. You can export reports for each list and compare them manually.
How many campaign reports can you export at once in Zoho Campaigns?
You can export reports of a maximum of 20 campaigns.
Can you mass update a field from the Reports page?
Yes. Under Report Summary → Opens By Location. Click on Table View. There you will get an option to mass update the contacts field.
Are link clicks counted in forwarded emails?
If someone clicks a link from a forwarded email, it’s registered as a click but tied to the original recipient.
Are forwarded emails tracked in reports?
If the "Tell-a-Friend" merge tag is used in the campaign content and the recipient forwards the email using that link, then it will be tracked.
Can you customize or filter reports by date range?
No. Zoho Campaigns currently does not allow date filtering within a single campaign report.
Can you download a report showing only contacts who clicked a specific link?
Yes. Under Reports → Sent campaign → Specific campaign → Clicks section →Select link → View Contacts → Export.
How can you verify if a contact opened or clicked a specific campaign?
In the campaign report, go to Recipient Activity → Search contact by email ID.
Why are my click rates visible but open rates are zero?
This usually happens when: ● The recipient has disabled image loading, which prevents the open pixel from getting downloaded. ● They clicked a link without loading images.● The email was opened on a client that blocks tracking pixels.
Are reports updated in real time?
Yes. Reports are updated live as recipients interact with your emails.
Is there any validity for the generated report link?
Yes. The generated report link is valid for 15 days.
Can you share individual campaign reports externally?
Yes. Under Reports → Sent campaign. Click on the 3 dots → Share report. You can generate a report link (with password) and share it externally.
How can you identify inactive contacts using reports?
Check for recipients who haven’t opened or clicked recent campaigns. You can segment and re-target them using re-engagement campaigns.
Where can you find opens by location in the report?
Under Reports → Sent Campaign. Click on the 3 dots → Top five stats.
Where can you find device and browser reports?
Under Reports → Sent Campaign. Click on the 3 dots → User agent Stats.
Can you view report comparisons between campaigns?
Yes. Under Reports → Campaign Comparison, you can compare the performance of up to five campaigns side by side.
What are device and browser reports?
These reports show the breakdown of opens and clicks by: ● Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet). ● Operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android). ● Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
What is the geolocation report in Zoho Campaigns?
It shows the geographic distribution (by country/region) of recipients who opened your campaign, based on your IP address.
Can you see which links were clicked in an email?
Yes. Under the Clicks section in the report, you'll see a list of all URLs and the number of clicks per link, including unique clicks.
What are the types of opens tracked in Zoho Campaigns?
● Reliable opens: Human-verified opens (excluding bots). ● Bot opens: Opens triggered by email scanners or bots. ● MPP-influenced opens: Pre-loaded opens due to Apple Mail Privacy Protection.
What does “bounce rate” mean?
Bounce rate = (Number of bounced emails / Number of emails sent) × 100. It includes both hard (permanent) and soft (temporary) bounces.
Can we segment recipients based on report data?
Yes. Zoho Campaigns allows you to create segments based on campaign interactions like opens, clicks, and replies.
What is the clickthrough rate (CTR)?
It is the percentage of Number of unique clicks received from the total emails delivered. It is calculated by : CTR = (Number of unique clicks / Number of emails delivered) × 100.
How is the open rate calculated?
Open rate is calculated using the formula mentioned below: Open rate = (Number of unique opens / Number of emails delivered) × 100.
