Change permissions for portal users

This help page is for users in Creator 6. If you are in the older version (Creator 5), click here. Know your Creator version.

To change permissions for portal users:

Click Portal under the Deploy section.
A list of portals will be displayed. Click on the required portal.
The list of portal users will be displayed.
To update permission for multiple portal users at once, select the portal users and select a permission from the drop-down at the top.
To update the permission for each portal user individually, click the Permission drop-down.
The permission for the user will now be changed and be reflected in the customers list.
