1. Click Portal under the Deploy section.
   

   

2. A list of portals will be displayed. Click on the required portal.
   

   

3. The list of existing portal users will be displayed under the Portal Users section with the count of total users in the portal in brackets. By default the list contains only approved portal users.
   

   

4. Select customers to assign them a different permission or to delete them.
   

   

5. A drop down list will expand when you click Approved. The list contains three options: Approved, Pending, and Unconfirmed.
   

   

6. Select Pending to view the list of customers whose approval requests are pending confirmation.
7. Select a pending customer to approve or delete.
8. Select Unconfirmed to view the list of customers who are yet to accept the invitation to join the customer portal.
9. Select a portal user to re-invite or delete.
