1. Access the End Application.2. Select Reports > Reports from the navigation menu in the left pane. The reports configured is displayed.3. Select the report which you want to send in a scheduled mail.4. Click Actions > Send Mail > Schedule to schedule mail for this report.5. Provide the scheduler details:
- Name: The name of the scheduled report.
- Frequency: The date/time interval at which the scheduler must be invoked.
- Start Date & Expires On: The start date and the end date for the scheduler. The mail scheduler will be run at the scheduled frequency between the start date and expiry date.
- Status: Denotes whether the scheduler is currently active or not. This toggle can be used to deactivate the scheduler.
6. Provide the Recipient Details:i. Configure Recipients: Click on the Choose the Email Notification link to associate the report that needs to be mailed when running the scheduler.Note: The recipients can view the data based on the level of access and permissions given to the user scheduling the report. Scheduled emails will not be accessible to the users without permissions to this report.ii. Select the "Attach Report as" option to send the report in the desired format. Currently, PDF is supported.iii. Select "Password protect the attachment" to secure the PDF file with a password (if required).iv. Click Create.
1. Access the End Application.2. Select Reports > Scheduled Reports from the navigation menu in the left pane. All Scheduled reports are displayed in the list view.
The scheduled report can be edited by clicking on the name of the report. Click the ellipsis next to the name to edit or delete the report.
