Share screens with participants in a meeting
You can share your screen or an application window with other participants to collaborate better during a meeting.
To share your screen or application:
- Start or join your meeting
- Click on Share button -> Share Screen form the bottom toolbar
- Select Entire screen, or Application window, or the browser tab
- Click Share.
Key points to note:
- Only one individual can share their screen at a time in a meeting.
- A participant will need approval from the presenter to share their screen if the presenter's screen is being shared at that moment in a meeting.
- While a participant's screen is being shared, any other participant can take over and share their screen.
- The presenter can override any participant at any time and start screen sharing.
