Notebook Extension in Zoho CRM
Navigate to Marketplace > All.
Search for Zoho Notebook for Zoho CRM and click on it.
Click Install.
Verify your details and then click Install.
Under the General section, select the profiles, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
Agree to the terms of use.
Click Save Changes.
Custom Button :
Open notebook supported entity (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and select any record of it.
On right hand side top of the screen you will find options to 'Write note', 'Add ToDo', 'Add Photo', 'Attach Files', 'Record Audio'.
Created note will be implicitly associated to that particular record.
In the details page of the entity record. you will find Related List in the left hand side.
Click on the 'Zoho Notebook' option. You can find the notes taken for that particular record by that org users.
- Search for the 'Zoho Notebook' module in the Web Tab section.
- You will find the all notes taken by you along with the details of entity record to which note is associated to.
Uninstall the extension:
Navigate to Marketplace > All.
Click Installed.
Click Zoho Notebook for Zoho CRM.
Click Uninstall.
