How often are Connections updated?

As soon as a person or an business account interacts with your brand on Twitter or Facebook, they are immediately added to the Connections tab. You can view their details later by clicking on the Connections tab in your home page.

Instagram Connections are not available for any Zoho Social users who connected their accounts after April, 2018; they're only available for users who have connected their Instagram handles to Zoho Social before this date. This is due to an API limitation imposed by the network around this time. However, users will be able to see all their existing Instagram engagers added before this date, as Connections.
