Data is primarily stored in the cloud in Zoho's data center. We do not offer an option to save your app data locally.  However, data accessed through the mobile device is cached in the app's database memory for offline access. This data is fully encrypted using your master password. This is to ensure that even if your mobile device gets stolen, your data cannot be unencrypted without the master password.
