How will the customers receive their coupon code?
When a customer redeems a reward, they will receive a Reward Earned email confirming the redemption. This email includes the coupon code, which can be used for their next purchase.
- Customers will only receive the Reward Earned email if this notification is enabled.
- Coupon codes are applicable only for brands integrated with Zoho Thrive using Zoho Commerce, Shopify, or Wix.
