Zoho Mail

Create Signature from Compose window

You can now effortlessly create a Signature using the Create Signature option available in Insert Signature pop-up. 

Formatting options for Streams comments

Enhance your conversations in Streams by using Rich-Text formatting tools. Simple touches like Bold , Italics, Underline help highlights your points so you can make your comments stand out.

Tree view for Shared Mailbox emails

Effortlessly stay on top of every conversation. You can now expand or collapse email threads using Tree view to get a preview of emails all listed together as a single conversation thread. Plus, the new preview pane highlights key details—like the sender, subject, and timeline—so you get the big picture in seconds.

Export tasks from ToDo

Effortlessly Export all your tasks—both Group and Personal—from Zoho ToDo with a single click using the Export option under More Actions.

Activity Summary report

The Activity Summary report in Admin Reports gives admins a dynamic, visual snapshot of communication and collaboration trends across Mail, Cliq, and Meeting, combining key metrics, usage comparisons, and date-based filters into one powerful, insight-driven dashboard.

Get a quick snapshot of any file shared in Zoho Cliq with the "Summarize this file" action in the ChatGPT extension. Upload a supported file or use the action on any shared file in chat, and the ChatGPT file action will instantly generate a clear, concise summary for you. Once it’s ready, simply click Check Summary Result to view it. 

New and improved Bitbucket extension

Both the scheduled and original time zones are now shown while creating and editing events, so you can schedule meetings without second-guessing the timing. (Available on Mac)

Keep your calendar focused

Choose which of your personal, group, and app calendars you want to see, hide the ones you don’t need, and keep your schedule clean and distraction-free. (Available on Mac and Windows)

Meet instantly with Google Meet

You can now create events that include Google Meet links automatically, so you spend less time setting up calls and more time connecting. (Available on Mac)

Get more context for CRM events

Check-in notes are now displayed right in CRM event details, helping you capture richer insights and remember every key detail from your interactions. (Available on Mac)

Save emails as .eml or .html files

You can now save individual emails in HTML or EML formats. HTML files let you view emails offline in a browser, while EML files preserve the full email structure for importing into other email clients when required and to keep an independent backup of critical emails. This helps you archive, share, and manage emails more effectively. (Available on Mac and Windows) 

Steer clear of emails with suspicious URLs

A new security warning now highlights emails with unsafe links or suspicious URLs. This alert helps you identify risky messages and decide whether to open them, enhancing your email security and protecting against phishing or malicious content. (Available on Mac)
