We have deprecated the following capabilities in Zoho CRM Feeds: viewing inactive or dormant records, viewing records you follow, and the auto-follow functionality for records. We understand that this may affect your experience. Check out this

You can now modify scheduled times for existing actions, ensuring all actions align with your updated workflow. Leverage Date formula fields to trigger workflows based on specific date calculations.
