Hi all

I'm using Analytics to create a dashboard for the sales team. We use a standard dashboard for all members so that the data presented is consistent. I want to have an "achievement vs target" graph showing  where they are against a target. 

I can use a Target component, which looks ideal, but it asks you to enter a target. Each of our team have different targets, so this won't work unless I create a different component for each person, which is a management nightmare, and I don't know how that would be shared to all the team anyway. 

Is there a way to use a custom field as the target value? I've added a custom field to the Users record for the team members where I can enter their target. Can I use that as the target value in a component? Perhaps as a replacement string?
