Form based campaigns with CRM Lookup
Hello, I am sending emails with a form link to my contacts via ZOHO CRM, to let them check and eventually update their details. If they click on the form link, the form that pops-up is already prepopulated with their details stored in CRM. (Lookup field). I would like to do the same with Marketing-Hub. Hello, We have faced some issues with zohoMarketingHub lately and the issue is being that a lead can't enter the journey more than once. We want to send emails to our leads, currently we are planning to send them through zoho crm but we still want to use the tracking system that MarktingHub is providing. Is there any way to embed those tracking links inside our email templates so we can track when a client opens the email and interacts with the content in this email? Is there any workaround?

Zoho MarketingHub Leads limit
Hi, I would like to know how to increase the limit of Leads we can have in Zoho MarketingHub. In the section settings->general->subscription. It appears "Zoho One Enterprise (5500 Leads)". Using Zoho MarketingHub we reached a number of leads over 5500 and then we saw a pop-up asking us to pay more. Consequently we deleted our old Leads for having space for more. How could we increase that limit and how much does it cost?

Hello, I've been using MarketingHub for a simple pop-up (for now, just that) but when i have the snippet active on my websibe i get an insecure message from Google Chrome: If i remove MarketingHub Snnipet from my website the error disappears, so its really a problem with Marketinghub. the image says: "The connection its not totally safe" "The atackers may see the images you are seeing in this site and deceive you by changing them". Journey trigger taking half an hour or more to process
I've set up a journey with the trigger set to someone being added to a list. I have an email that goes out with no delay when the contact is added to the list, but this email typically takes half an hour or more to actually get through processing and sent out. Ideally, the person would get their welcome email immediately when they join the list. Is there any way to reduce this processing time?
