Zoho MarketingHub Leads limit
Hi, I would like to know how to increase the limit of Leads we can have in Zoho MarketingHub. In the section settings->general->subscription. It appears "Zoho One Enterprise (5500 Leads)". Using Zoho MarketingHub we reached a number of leads over 5500 and then we saw a pop-up asking us to pay more. Consequently we deleted our old Leads for having space for more. How could we increase that limit and how much does it cost?
how can I manually add a lead to a journey?
Anyone has an idea how to manually (!) add a lead to a journey? I have a couple of journeys up and running but now I would like to add a single not-so-new lead to a a new customers' journey. How can I do that? I did not find any solution so far, neither

Website insecure when using Zoho Marketinghub
Hello, I've been using MarketingHub for a simple pop-up (for now, just that) but when i have the snippet active on my websibe i get an insecure message from Google Chrome: If i remove MarketingHub Snnipet from my website the error disappears, so its really a problem with Marketinghub. the image says: "The connection its not totally safe" "The atackers may see the images you are seeing in this site and deceive you by changing them". How can i make this warning disappear? Thanks
Journey trigger taking half an hour or more to process
I've set up a journey with the trigger set to someone being added to a list. I have an email that goes out with no delay when the contact is added to the list, but this email typically takes half an hour or more to actually get through processing and sent out. Ideally, the person would get their welcome email immediately when they join the list. Is there any way to reduce this processing time? Unable to activate a journey
I'm unable to activate my journey, despite having upgraded my subscription "Dormant". Usually, there would be one activate button; however, this time it doesn't show the button but shows "You can avail this feature by switching to the paid plan".

Mail Problem
Hello everyone, I have asked support several times, but unfortunately they couldn't help me at all. If we collect leads (GDPR activated) via Marketinghub, on the one hand normally an opt-in mail is sent and later a journey is triggered. Disable double opt in in Marketing Hub
How can I disable double opt in in Marketing Hub? There's plenty of scenarios where it makes no sense - for example, filling out a callback request form, requesting an emailed copy of our brochure or books, etc. It seems that you have to opt in before workflows run - which I'm using to push the details over to CRM.
External Form feature in Marketing Hub not working

Connect button for Zoho Marketing Hub Wordpress plugin not working
After installing and activating the Zoho Marketing Hub WordPress plugin there is a red button that says connect. I assume this is to connect the plugin with my Marketing Hub account. I have tried several times clicking the button and nothing happens. I tried again by deleting and reinstalling the plugin with no changes. 12-Month marketing calendar
I'm trying to set up a 12-month marketing calendar. Thing is that it's time-sensitive given a date field we want to ZOHO to read (first: is that possible?) Secondly, I need the prospect to fall in different parts of the journey depending on how many days are left in the date field. For example: A prospect's policy expiration date is 09/01/2020. I can't have them start in the first email of the journey because that has been set up for 12 months out. So I would need them to start in the two months
Shared account for MH and Campaigns
I need to have a shared account between Marketing Hub and Campaigns. I dont mind if my current MH account is deleted and recreated. Please let me know how we can make this happen since it is critical that if I run a Lead Nurturing campaign from MH or if I run a dedicated email campaign from Campaigns, I should be able to see both the data in the CRM.
10 Email Journey broke Marketing hub
I have spent the best part of a day setting up a 10 email journey on MarkingHub and it has now just stopped working, every time i try to do an edit, it just freezes up no matter how long I wait for it to process it just keeps locking up. 10 email Journey.. and I've tried to call support, no one picks up the phone. you email a problem in its "ill get the developers to look at that for you" and then you just don't hear back fast becoming very disenfranchised with Zoho, particularly marketing hub
DOUBLE OPT-IN IS A PROBLEM
Does Zoho Marketing Hub any plans to remove the double opt in? This is not necessary. Constant Contact and Mail chimp allows admins to decide if they want to use single or double opt in. Please let me know. I do not want to waste anymore of my time if there is no plans on changing this.

Trigger a Smart Pop-up with a Delay
Right now, it seems that pop-ups can only be triggered upon entry, scroll, and exit. For smaller pages without scrolling possible, I am forced to annoy visitors with an immediate distraction when they open a page (I surely react this way when browsing). I've recently found that a form from Marketing Hub or Zoho Forms can only create a new lead in Marketing Hub.
