Google Apps email showing completed tasks
Hi, I just installed the google apps integration to Zoho CRM unfortunately in the tasks dropdown I am seeing completed tasks. Is there anyway to not see the completed tasks within GMAIL? Thanks
Managing linked emails if we ever switched CRM?
Hi everyone, just trying to future proof here. The reason I signed up for Zoho Pro is because I love how emails are automatically linked to contacts, as my users do write lots of notes but frequently miss ones. My only concern is that the emails aren't permanently linked to records, as in if you delete the email account, the records go away and so on. Question about options for sharing emails in Zoho
Hi everyone, just wondering if this is possible. I think sharing emails is incredibly handy, but I don't like my reps being able to see each others emails. Is there any way that I can have a role so that my users emails are shared in Zoho but only to themselves PLUS myself as a manager? Or is it owner or no one at all? Secondly if I choose the option to only share emails when I choose the option to do so, is there any way to make the sharing ON by default requiring the user to disable it? If

Just added a new user and they can send e-mails but not receive them
Hi all, I'm using the free 15 day trial of CRM and trying to configure my first new user. Everything's gone well apart from the e-mail side of things for the new user - the new user can send e-mails but doesn't receive the reply. If I check on the main admin system I can see the reply fine so I know it's there. In fact the new user can't see any of the existing replies either - only all the sent e-mails - no replies. When I click onto the e-mail tab on the new users screen it shows the following
Reply to email in CRM does not work
When email comes in, I read it and when I try to reply I cannot and always get an error as follows "Please enter in a valid To". When I click reply, the format shows as FirstName LastName <firstname.lastname@domainname.com> and maybe this is the issue, can this be resolved ASAP and I am surprised no one has requested this to be fixed, thanks.
What is my Zoho CRM username? (problems integrating with Zopim)
Ok, I was under this belief that my Zoho CRM username was just the e-mail address I use to login but for some odd reason, it is not working when i try to integrate with Zopim. I can't find where my username is so I would welcome help.

Does the google apps sync only sync Zoho CRM's contacts with google contacts and not leads, vendors, potentials, etc.? Eric
Purchase orders created in Zoho Books are not syncing with Zoho CRM
I have created few purchase orders in Zoho Books. When i go to that vendor account in CRM, click on "fetch" under zoho books, i do not see the purchase orders. Is this supported?
Quick question about mail integration
This is a very simple and quick question about the mail in Zoho CRM. If I configure an external mail account with Zoho Mail integration, and I send emails using that externail account (with its own SMTP), does Zoho's 500 daily email limit apply? So, if my example@example.com account has a 2000 daily email limit, and I send emails from Zoho mail integration using example.com SMTP, the daily limit is 500 or 2000? Thanks!
How to create a web form in other language
Hello, My zoho CRM is in English. But our company sells products in different countries and we have different webs in other languages. I need to create a web form in other languages. But I want the fields to match. I mean I dont want to create a new field! I want just give it a different name on a different form. Confused As To The Relationship Between Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail
Please forgive me but I am not technical and wish to make sure this seemingly impressive suite of products can do what I need it to before I buy it. 1. I was able to upload my contacts from Google Apps to Zoho Mail and it works really well but I can't seem to find a way to get them from Zoho Mail into Zoho CRM? 2. I can't find a way to send a receive e-mail within Zoho CRM and have it synched with Zoho Mail (and needless to say vice versa)? This appears odd as why bother if the two can't be synched?

Hi everyone, Here's what I want to achieve. As you're all probably aware, getting sales staff to ask customers "where did you hear about us?" is an ongoing pain the behind and often an answer is chosen in Zoho CRM just to satisfy the marketing manager (i.e. me). So what I'd like is for a survey email to be sent when a potential is created that includes my field for enquiry source that will allow the customer to pick where they heard about us and for this information to be passed back to their record.

How to get Open potentials with date filter through API
Hi, I can able to get values using "https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Leads/getRecords?authtoken=%s&scope=crmapi" which gives all values but i need to get count for only specific period (i. e I need the open potentials count for the period between 17-03-2014 and 23-03-2014). One question I have is with respect to documents attached to CRM accounts, contact, etc. How are they backed up and is there a bulk export option to archive them on a company Server as well? Does PhoneBridge track calls made through Skype?
I am evaluating CRM solutions and I like the functionality of PhoneBridge to track outbound calls. We are a small company with 3 telesales reps who work from home offices. The ability to track calls is high priority and worth the extra money. Does PhoneBridge track calls made through Skype link? If not, Is there a work around? Any other ideas to track outbound calls (activity) when using Zoho CRM that is automated? Thank you.
Zoho CRM not integrated to Zoho Mail
I am a new user to Zoho CRM and have started using the email tab with Zoho CRM for email. It does not appear that the mail function is actually integrated though. E.g. when I create a contact in "Emails" tab, the contact does not show up under the "Contacts" tab (or anywhere else I can locate) in Zoho CRM. Is there some sort of integration that has to be activated? If so, where do I find the information on how to do this?

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts
When I receive an email in Zoho Mail it is not captured and recorded under the respective contact in Zoho CRM. Emails sent from Zoho Mail however are recorded. Can you assist?

It isn't possible to delete emails listed under 'ZMail Public Users'. In contray it's possible to delete emails listed under 'Sent Emails form CRM'. How can I delete those emails? Hello, I have installed Joomla 3.2 on my server and I have bought the Zoho Joomla lead component. I want every user that registers to my site to capture his information and then pass them to my zoho CRM. I have enabled the content Zoho lead plugin and the User Zoho lead at registration plugin. The problem is that the Joomla registration form which I am using has only limited fields for example it doesn't have a surname field and as a result the lead name which appears on my Zoho CRM is Not provided
Facebook photo.
It would be great to be able to use the user's facebook photo (profile photo) as the photo in the contact section. Android photos have this option for using the Facebook photo as the photo in the phone's contacts, maybe this could be considered as part of the Facebook integration. By the way, the Facebook integration has made things so much easier, than having to go in individually to FB and find the person and then friend them. We use this as a social marketing tool, and it saves so much time,
Zoho Mail not in Zoho CRM
Just recently our Zoho Mail tab disappeared from the Zoho CRM program. I have checked the modules, and the tab is not in there either. I also have checked to see if it was still linked in the Zoho Mail app add-on, and it is logged in. I have deactivated, re-activated, signed out, signed back in, and still no sign of the email tab. Any advice / suggestions to get this problem solved would be great.
Show linked emails under account also?
I like how Zoho will show all emails under a contact but is there any way to have then appear under account and show emails that were sent to all contacts for that account? We rarely go into a contacts record and always work from the Account screen, as all contact info is shown there so no need to go in their record. Thanks!
Issues Syncing with Google Apps
Hi, I am having trouble syncing Zoho CRM and Google Apps. 1. I have installed the Zoho Google App on my account and it is now viewable under "Marketplace Apps" on my Admin Console. 2. I cannot find the Google App under "Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Google Apps" on my Zoho page to proceed with installation. 3. The Server could not be connected.
I am getting the below error message when clicking on the e-mails module. I can send e-mails, however cannot receive them, this error has come on suddenly, have not had an issue in the past years at all, not sure why all of a sudden this is happening now. The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number.
Facebook integration always fails
Hello, I have switched the company from sugar to Zoho, so far so good :-) Now we are facing a problem, all the contacts we are trying to synch with Facebook, fails... during the process everything seems to work fine but the search results does never include the right contact and the there is no possibility to see more results, even when a contact is in my personal contacts, the search fails... please look into this matter asap as like it is the social integration is not useful thanks
