Morning All,
We have signed up for the free Zoho CRM to get a feel for the software. I have to say, it looks like it is just as powerful as Salesforce at a much better price.
I have built what I think is a 99% complete version of the final product.
In short summary, we sell cars. We have multiple salesmen.
At the moment I capture all customer data into a basic form under LEADS. The salesman who then deals with the customer is selected from a drop-down menu. This may have limitations in the long term as the form would need to be edited if the customer comes back and buys another car, where as we want complete history.
Is there any way that we can treat salesmen as accounts / contacts and then assign LEADS to them in that way, which means we can then convert customers to clients.... mail for repeat business etc.
The basic LEADS method seems to work but it will become quite cumbersome in years to come.
We will need multiple users (one for each sales person, admins etc) but want to try and get it set-up correctly before making a purchase.
Thank you in advance,
Adam
