I have tried troubleshooting already:
• IMAP access is enabled for my account in the Zoho mail web client.
• Login credentials are correct: I can indeed access my e-mail account through the web interface.
• I can access a second Zoho mail account over POP3 when using Thunderbird.
• All port and server settings are correct—and are unchanged from what was working before yesterday.
• In Thunderbird, for this Zoho mail account, I have changed max connections to account to 1.
• I have exited Thunderbird, flushed my DNS resolver cache, and restarted Thunderbird.
• I have rebooted my computer.
• I have tried removing the account from Thunderbird and adding it back using the correct credentials and settings.
Even so, I cannot access my e-mail account over IMAP through Thunderbird. Has my ability to do so been disabled for some reason?
