Behavior of roles

Hello,

I have two questions concerning the behavior of roles. Unfortunately I can't test this myself right now.

1. What happens if an employee who belongs to Role1 switches to Role2. Can his former peers in Role1 still see the Data he entered while belonging to Role1?
2. What happens if said employee leaves the company. Can his colleagues in Role1 still see the Data he entered while he belonged to Role1?
