I cant even believe this is a solution! Its if Bigin was released to piss you off and force you into Zoho CRM which is super convoluted. Bigin looks streamlined and amazing, however, the dev team has no idea what they are doing!
For example,
1. No inbox for emails, calls or text messages
2. Emails sync, however, no notification is received. However, if you receive an email from someone you dont know I am told you will receive a notification! Thanks for notifying me of SPAM however not a client
3. The Bigin app only works on the user account you signed up with (Bigin). So if you have a different email address for the email account (Imap Email Found under Channel) that you associate with Bigin, it won't work. In a nutshell, you cant add in emails on the actual email account that is syncing with Bigin... lol
4. You cant share an Imap email which makes no sense considering the above. However, you can use Email-In which means forwarding emails from another company email into a @bigin email and out through an @bigin
5. If i create a Field called "Zoho API TEam Sucks," and i change the name to "Zoho API Team is Awesome' the field name stays the same on the backend when they could have used numerical identifiers and titles for this purpose!
6. Phone calls just stay running days on days on days even if not connected charging you money. Basically the pay option ends when you press stop the calling solution is a timer not an actual phone solution! If you forget to press stop your going to screw yourself over!
On a positive note the solution works great just lacklsuter deployments whcih from my experience is common across ALL Zoho products lets make a bunch of lacklsuter solutions instead of 1 awesome solution then transfer you a million times to sign up for stuff you do not need to try and solve your problems!
