Close a day off for any more bookings and for all resources, especially if some bookings are already in the diary?
We have a situation that has occurred a couple of times lately.
Due to various reasons we have wanted to close a day off from further resource bookings eg want/need to close early. eg. We have no bookings in the PM, but we do not enough staff for pm opening, so want to stop anyone further from booking that PM!
On days that have no bookings, thats no problem, I make each resource unavailable block time. (bit long winded but it works)
However I cannot add unavailable block time, IF there is already a booking for that resource. We know about the booking, can honour it, we just want to stop further bookings on that particular day.
Am I missing something?
How can I stop any more bookings being made on a particular day for ANY/ALL resources, when there are already have some bookings in the diary?
