Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how and why I would use the non-Marketing type within Campaigns ? To my understanding, a contact that is present in Campaigns wants to be emailed. Or if (s)he doesn't, (s)he is is marked as unsubscribed.
But with Non-Marketing Contacts, you would want to have contacts that you don't want to email, in a email program? I don't see any use cases where you don't want to email someone available for communication... If you see what I mean.
With more concrete example, I set a sync between CRM and Campaigns. Leads and Contacts are pushed to Campaigns. What reasons would I want to sync Contacts or Leads to Campaigns as Non-Marketing Contacts who can't be emailed ?
A non-marketing contact "will not receive any marketing-related communication". Can I send communication that are not marketing-related from Campaigns? How do I send not marketing-related communication to them?
Kind regards,
