Zoho CRM + Zoho WorkDrive: the first step

With the Zoho CRM and WorkDrive integration, your sales team will now have access to the newest files, constantly updated in real-time. WorkDrive acts as the central content repository for your team, making all critical sales material and other documents available in a single place. This means better communication, effective collaboration, and overall, a great customer experience.

Streamline your workflow

‌Organize and manage all your information in line with your CRM workflow. Files and folders can be attached as a link to any module in Zoho CRM, making data available to the right people at the right time.

Set visibility and permissions

CRM users can pick, attach, and send files and folders from WorkDrive. Before attaching or emailing a file or folder, the user will be given three access options:

(1) Anyone in the team or organization: For example, when a sales proposal is attached to a Lead, all the members who are part of the Sales team will be able to view and access it.

(2) Anyone with the link: When sending/emailing the final proposal to the customer, this option will ensure that external users who are not a part of the organization or team can access this document.

(3) Members with access permissions in WorkDrive: Users who already have access to the file/folder within WorkDrive

Access real-time information

Forget sending multiple versions of emails attachments back and forth! All documents stored in WorkDrive are attached as links, so any changes made to the content will automatically be updated and users will always have access to the current version.

Track and follow up on leads more accurately

Get stats on whether a prospect has viewed or downloaded the file or folder you've shared and decide your follow-up strategy based on those insights.
