I find the SecurePass perfect when I want to add a bit of extra security without using full pgp encryption.
However, the message received by recipients is grammatically incorrect and may be seen as a phishing attempt as many phishing attempts are written in poor English. It currently reads:
SecurePass is a feature in Zoho Mail using which you can send highly secure, private, and confidential information via email to your contacts. You can set a validity period for these emails and further secure them by restricting actions like Print, Forward, and by disabling tracking. Find out more.
The first sentence needs to be corrected. Zoho might want to consider this simplified and corrected alternative:
‘SecurePass is a feature in Zoho Mail that allows you to send highly secure, private, and confidential information via email to your contacts. You can set a validity period for these emails and further secure them by restricting actions like Print, Forward, and by disabling tracking.’
Of course, it would be even better if we could customise the message the way you can with Office365. Is that something the developers would consider?
Thanks!
