We've followed these two support documents, trying both WITH and WITHOUT the "WWW" redirection. Our preferred way is to NOT have the WWW before the URL, but the KEY issue is that BOTH need to work 100% of the time.
So far "Premium Support" has told me the following:
1. "There is no issue" - When it is clearly still broken.
2. "Don't worry, it works with the WWW before it" - As ANY web developer knows, BOTH WITH AND WITHOUT the WWW need to function 100% of the time. It is COMPLETELY unprofessional to suggest that 50% operation is acceptable.
Now, after sending back over the support documents I followed, and asking for clarification on why the non WWW is still failing, I've had zero response for over 48 hours.
This is NOT premium support. I've NEVER heard so many excuses when it comes to fixing an SSL certificate in 20 years of web development.

This has to be resolved to 100% completion. This is why more people don't use Zoho Sites - because this SIMPLE functionality is causing MASSIVE delays and issues.
