Gmail integration Attaching internal emails - no summary of communication
We have configured the email Gmail integration. Couple of issues: We have excluded our internal domain so that internal emails are not attached as it is explained. Everyone's internal emails are connecting to the individuals contact record. If the exclusion domain is set, why is this happening?? Not being able to see a summary view of the email communication is a waste. I have 5 users, I need to use the drop down to maneuver through every choice and keep track - to see the actual communication

Can't get past Privacy Policy update announcement on Outlook Plugin
Hi, I got a message to update my Zoho CRM plugin for Outlook. After doing this, I can't get past the 'Privacy Policy Update announcement. I clicked on the 'short summary' and the 'longer legally binding version' and can't get this point.
Zoho Projects not activating
I opened the developer ZSC key section in one window opened the projects Add-on section in another. Clicked Activate Copied the key and made sure no spaces in front or back... copied my email address, again made sure no spaces Clicked Next and it just closed and took me back to the 'Activate' button again. I click it and do it all over. Just keeps happening. I tried this in Firefox, IE (with and without compatability turned on), and Chrome. Any ideas why this is not working? I have the Professional
Adding user field to Sigma extension or allowing access in Creator
In Zoho CRM it is possible to change the owner of a sales order, however outside of the CRM it's not possible at the moment. To work around this we have been trying to put together a sales person form in the CRM that will allow for an intermediary table.
Permanently disable Zoho pane in Outlook
Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 64-bit with latest CRM plug-in installed. Is it possible to permanently disable the right-hand Zoho pane in Outlook? You can close it but it comes back as soon as you select another message.
Problems with Sent Mail
I have been using Google Apps mail and Zoho for months without problems. Recently however, with no change, I notice that not all my Sent emails are showing up in Zoho contacts/Leads. It is hard to tell what is different between the ones that do show and the ones that don't. It MIGHT be that ones I delete in Google Mail are not showing up, even though I have the IMAP setting to not delete the Zoho email. Any ideas where I should look?

Zoho CRm Plugin for Outlook 2011 MAC
I am using Zoho CRM plugin for Outlook 2011 for MAC V1.1.0 and Outlook:max 2011 Version 14.3.8 (130913) with Update 14.4.7 I can sign the plugin into my account with username and password. But when I want to selcted in the settings a folder or try to sync any iteam. I am getting an error message "Applescript returned an error" and that was it. Email conversation with many leads showing in one particular lead
Dear Concerned We're facing a peculiar problem. Email conversations with many leads is showing in the email trail of one particular lead. we're worried whether all our emails are going a copy to this person or it is a zoho bug. when we open that email it nowhere shows the email address of that particular lead in which all other emails are showing. Jive Integration
I have telephony integration with Jive. The system worked very well together. However all of a sudden there started being a delay from when a call would come in to when it would actually show up on Zoho so I could log it. I havent found an exact amount of time. It varies. Hi, I have started looking into integrating mail into out CRM but I have noticed that when I have a mail conversation with a lead our mails are not grouped as one conversation. I believe that it because the heading of the mail is changed a "Re:" is aded to the heading and sometimes "Sv:". Can this be fixed? It is very hard to follow a mail conversation as it it today. My colleague who is also the Admin on the ZOHO CRM is unable to view my emails to leads or accounts
Hello! I and the CEO both are admin on the CRM. We both can see emails of other colleagues who are not admins. But he cannot see my emails even though I have set them as "Public" in the ZOHO Mail Add-on settings (just like other colleagues whose emails we both can view). We require that this colleague (the admin) is able to view my emails associated to my contacts/leads/accounts. We use our company's domain emails and not the ZOHO domain email addresses for anything. Kindly inform if there is a solution

Hi, I am trying to install the plugin for outlook in order to sync my calendar with the one from the CRM. The installation seems to finish properly, however I cannot see zoho plugin anywhere in outlook and I also cannot select it in the list of add ins. PhoneBridge RingCentral - call start time
Hi, We just got PhoneBridge set up last thursday and I have a problem - my call start times are all an hour off. The phone rang a minute ago which was just before 5pm Eastern. RingCentral's call log is showing 4:57pm and zoho is showing 3:57pm. I've double checked everywhere I know to check time zones and they are all set to Eastern. Why is it saving them with a different time?

THE QUESTION Is it possible to create a remote sandbox of our database or a spreadsheet containing all the contact detail data from the previous backup (that we need to download) or any dataset you have that is as near to 8th Feb 2015. Tagging a person in Notes of CRM - Permission Denied to view
A few days ago we started having an error. When a person is tagged in the notes section of the CRM an email is generated. The person receiving the email (who was tagged) is unable to click the VIEW MESSAGE and actually view the message. They get a Permission Denied Notification. What changed, and how is this fixed? Mail Addon issue
Hi, I am trying to make the mail add on feature work without clutter. The issues is that all emails from the contact are being listed in every opportunity that contact is involved in/ linked to. I want to filter out the emails that are not relevant to the opportunity. It is ok to have all the mails of a contact under in the contact module. But under the opportunity it shall show only the relevant emails. Is there a way i could do this? Atleast if I could manually assign or amend the listed emails

Hello, We've found that the iPhone's dictation function doesn't work with the Description field, but does work with the Subject field. Two questions: 1) Is this a bug, or by design? 2) Is there a character limitation in the Subject field? Adding (syncing) new contacts from Outlook to "Leads" module (why only to Contacts)
Why is there not an option to add Outlook contacts to Zoho Leads (why only to Contacts). If you can add contacts to Leads with the iPhone app, why not with Outlook plug-in? When adding a new contact to Zoho it woud be easier to add it to Leads and then use Zoho to convert it to Contacts & Accounts. That way all the business info (phone, addresss, etc.) would be added to the Accounts module also (instead of being blank??).
