Photo view in the list view (like you have here in the forums)
It would be great to have the ability to include the photo of contacts in the list view. We have multiple views of our contacts, and I have not found a way to include the photo in the list (preferably to the left side, like you present the photos of people here in the forums). Is there a way to do this? Alan

Problem with layout qotation
Hello, I use CRM to manage sales and when I do my estimate, there are two columns to the right. One with my product price, and another with the final price sold to the customer. And I'd like to have only one column with the price sold to the customer. Why? Imagine I have a product worth 10 euros but I sell to customer X to 9 euros, while I can also sell to the customer there for 12 euros. Therefore, the customer sees that Y I increased the price. Basically, I want to see my product prices in order

Cannot add custom sections to account page
I have added a couple of sections to my accounts page, the changes are saved and they show up in the custom view. However when I open an existing account, the new sections do not show up. Where are they?

We need to invoice several dozen items for each customer each day and we need to run through approximately 35 customers each morning. Problem viewing public email templates
We are new to Zoho. We have been importing leads and creating our campaigns. We have been working on our templates. My co-worker has gone in and done a couple of templates which he has saved into the public email templates. I cannot see them on my station, they appear in the list on his station. convert to account
For some reason, when I click convert to convert a lead to an account, it only says it is going to convert to a contact. I ran a test and it did only convert to a contact. Any idea why?
Internal cost estimating?
I'm not sure where to ask this question. We use ZohoCRM and are, for the most part, quite happy with it. We have a need to do internal cost estimates, I'm sure there's an official term for it, but basically I'm looking to create some kind of internal invoice showing what the costs related to each customer are. Is there a tool like this somewhere in Zoho's library, or does someone have another suggestion?
