duplicate records skip
In the professional version of ZOHO CRM wish to import leads and that the skip duplicate records is not the e-mail. Be the telephone number or contact name. Is it possible?. Could be done in the Enterprise version?
Drip Campaign - NOT Autoresponder
I want to set up a drip campaign, not an autoresponder. I need my leads to get a series of around 10 different emails on a timed basis (e-mail 1 on day 1; e-mail 2 the day after that; e-mail 3 four days later....). Where is this campaign? Is it an add on? or something else? Thanks!
Using a formula in a Purchase Order Template
At the moment under Total I have ${PurchaseOrders.Qty}*${Products.Unit Cost} which does not work. Is it possible to use such a formula within the inventory templates. I have tried to use brackets and an equal sign without any success. I cant use the default ${PurchaseOrders.Total} because I am using the products unit cost and not the list price.
Drip Marketing
Love the mass email and single email template functionality but am I missing something with regard to scheduling a series of emails to be sent to a lead? I dont see where the system allows for this drip marketing and am having no luck in searching the forum or help for this? thanks!

Log In Problems
I can't log in to zoho crm using the username or email and password. No matter how many times I change the password and reset it, it tells me that it isn't valid when I try and log in. However, I can access my account through google's gmail system, but only on certain computers. What can I do?!
Clicking Account in quote does not autofill custom fields
Hi, When clicking the Account option in Quote only the Billing/shipping address details are automatically populated and not any custom fields we have created. I have been looking for a mapping option when creating a quote but cannot find it anywhere, does this exist? Similar to setting up the Lead field mapping I would like to map fields from the Account to be automatically filled in the quote form. Any help will be very appreciated.
Help with autoresponder e-mail templates
Here is my Scenario: A customer fill out a web form on our website. A lead is created and awaits review and assignment to a salesperson. I want generate a thank you e-mail telling them we received their inquiry. that part is easy. I can do that. The next part is the tricky part. Bug in exporting audit log
When a lead is deleted, or restored it causes the audit log export to end. Instead of getting 30 days of data, the data terminates at the point of LEAD deletion or restoration. The data can still be viewed in the Zoho Audit Log section (100 records at a time), but cannot be exported in its entirety. Can you please advise. Thanks Meg
Recurring task in Activity - CRM
While setting recurring task in Activities, CRM is showing all recurring tasks activities at a time till due date for assigned user. For example, i would like to set recurring task as "BOD Process for Servers " for one of the user till 31-12-2012 I would like to assign this task to user everyday from today till 31-12-2012, showing ONE task everyday in activity table assigned to him till specified date. BUT CRM ZOHO is showing all tasks - i.e. creating 168 tasks starting from today till 31-12-2012
Question about Google Applications
I've connected my google applications to Zoho I wanted to know, if I send emails from Zoho, does this appear in my sent box in my emails? And if I get a reply to an email sent from Zoho, does this reply also appear in my Zoho account? So far, the answer for me is: no! Home Page Leads
Hi I've created a new user profile from which I have disabled "LEADS" from the user profile. However, when I log into that user profile and go to the "HOME" page, there is still a section there for "LEADS". When you click on it, it says you don't have permission. But that section should, like the "LEADS" tab, not appear at all. Works for all other Sections we have disabled for the profile. But only the "LEADS" section does not seem to be hidden. Thanks Gene
Recurring Activity
While setting recurring activity for one of the user, it is showing all activities till the due date. For example, i would like to assign recurring activity such as "Running BOD Process for Servers every day" starting from today till 31-Dec-2012. I'm getting a pop up that says to "enter a valid username and password" when I attempt to logon to Zoho CRM through Outlook to attached emails. The problem is, my user and password I'm using is correct. Anyone else having/had this problem? I deleted the addon and reinstalled but still no luck. Help!

Notification Email content
Can we customize the content in notification emails? For example: when a a Potential is re-assigned to a new user, the automatic email only includes the potential name, and nothing else. It would be great if the Related-To (Account Name) or other fields in the Potential could be included. Same goes for task notification emails. Can this be done?

Hi In Zoho Invoice you can create an Invoice from a Task. Can you do the same inside Zoho CRM with it's Invoice function? I see here you can Associate an Invoice with other Records e.g. a Task: https://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Creating-Invoices.html But it one can do this. Ideally I would like to be able to generate an Invoice in CRM which is based on a Task all within CRM. Is this possible without having to create a product. I'm billing for Time Spent on a task. What I want to do is have a registered users data captured by the Zoho Crm as an account that can have cases entered from a joomla from end. Sorting accounts by most recently updated notes
When I click the Accounts tab, I can look at My Contacts, All Contacts and make my own User Created Views. I would like to sort through all accounts by the most recently updated notes. I have an inside sales staff that adds notes to existing accounts and I would like the account owners to be able to see these updates in chronological order. Can this be done? If so, how?
Page Layout - URL covers Last Edit Date
Hi On the Accounts page layout if you have a long URL and the right side bar with links enabled, any reasonably long URL will obscure the Last Edit Date Field. Would recommend you put this one line down. See enclosed image. Thanks Gene

I was attempting to update a potential and when I saved it gave this error. To be sure it was not a problem with that particular potential I tried to change and save a different record, the same thing happened. Please let me know if this is a system wide problem that is being looked at or a problem with my data base. John
Can not update or add information
Currently, when I make a change to a lead, potential, account, etc. such as leaving notes or changing an account owner, it appears to accept the change but then it does not reflect that change in the record. Is Zoho down?
CRM not working!

Customizing what displays at the top of the page.
I'm sure it's an easy thing but I can't seem to find it. How do I change what displays underneth the contacts name. ie: Phone, Mobile, Email when I have since changed/moved/replaced these fields. So I want the new ones I have created to appear there. Cheers Jamie
Understanding the Map Fields
Can anyone explain the mapping of each Excel Column before importing my lead spreadsheet? After hours of search (terrible reference tables in this software site) I found the explanation for map fields. On the Page "Import Data to Zoho CRM" it details the excel column numbers, even though columns are letters, rows are numbers. However, it does not explain how I can change the map including the numbers. The example skips #2 & #3. Really confusing. One more day then I trash this and move onto another
