Workflow/ automation not working with integrations (Zoho Livedesk and Unbounce)
Hi, We have a workflow rule that creates a task (follow up) every time a new lead is created. When we manually create leads or when leads a created via our contact form (from Zoho creator) this rule is executed and it works just fine. But when a new lead is created via Zoho Livedesk OR Unbounce, then the rule is not executed and no task is assigned... How come? /Bo Thygesen

Mail Merge Envelope Formatting
I can set up a mail merge template that is just a #10 envelope and get it working properly and save it. However, once I close it and reopen it the format is changed. In particular, the header and footer are back which need to be removed to make an envelope print properly. And the indents for the address fields are all messed up. I have similar problems with other 8.5 x 11 mail merge document although there it shows up as additional lines being added into the header and footer when save then close

Problem with Captcha on Web to Case Form
I cannot seem to get the Web to Case Form captcha to work properly. It just keeps showing the captcha form field, but not the code. I put the three scripts in my page per the instructions, but I think the script code is in the wrong place. I tried it in a couple of spots, but keep getting the same result. Any thoughts? Can anyone tell me exactly where to put the <script> code in my Web to Case Form? The instructions just say to put it before the </div>. That could be anywhere in the form after the
BCC Dropbox Limited to 5 Email Addresses
We have 20+ Zoho CRM users and only 5 of them can use the BCC Dropbox. Is there any way to increase this limit? Thanks, Ron

I see in Zoho help that captcha can be used with Zoho Creator. Can it be used with Web to Lead forms? I don't see a way to incorporate it. Please advise. Thanks

I have embedded a web-to-case form in my web site but I cannot enter the captcha code. According to the the help on line I copy / paste the html code after the form's code but it seems impossible to be saved and then nothing happens. What should I do? thanks for the tips

Mass Email over 2000 contacts
I have read the forum posts and reviewed the help Could someone please offer advice for Mass Emails I have used ZOHO CRM Mass Email several time and was forced to export and use another program to complete the process I need to be able to email and track my database monthly, we have used constant contact and others, but would prefer to keep it in ZOHO CRM. Zoho CRM recurring activity invitees
Hi, I would like to set up a recurring activity and link a number of contacts to it, as I want to schedule my work accordingly. I tried by inviting them to the first instance of the activity and then saving it. But unfortunately, they are not linked to to the recurring appointments. Also, I would like to see the recurring activities that are linked to the contact being displayed when I view the contact record. Is there any way that this can be done? Regards, Robert
Inventory Mgmnt - Product Photo
Why is the Product section doesn't support having a photo, just like adding a photo for a user? I just don't get it, as it is, especially in this day and age, having photo on a product is a must. Might not be a big deal if you're in the service business but for industries or business that carry products, then it is a must have.

I setup my pop accounts in Zoho verified the accounts were setup correct. Continued and setup the outgoing servers. Verified and repeated for 5 accounts. Populate address fields on a new contact on existing company
Hi all, New to Zoho and have looked but can's see a solution, so apologies if this has already been covered. I have created some custom fields in address part. I have created a "company" and now am adding some contacts to that company. When I add the contact it adds the company name to the contact but not the address and some of the static data ( company phone and fax ) - I have looked at the field maps and that seems correct. Phone Call and Task Merger
Is there a way to enter a phone call and a task all at the same time. We are entering a phone call when the call is received but we would also like to enter a task at the same time. It would be nice to ask a task within the phone call menu. Is this possible?
Systemgenerated emails
Hello - For the past 4 days (5/16) one of our CRM users has been unable to receive reminder emails related to Tasks. We've submitted multiple support requests to Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM as this is the most important feature to this CRM user. We are able to create tasks however no reminder emails are sent (as we schedule them to be). I'm assuming its related to Systemgenerated email system as other emails for this user work OK. We've looked into email storage issues which have been resolved by upgrading

Import (contacts and accounts) with update
Hi, We currently have account and contact information in 3 separate systems (I have someone working on integration) as a result we have to do updates to Account or Customer information 3 times. I notice with Zoho CRM import there is only Skip, Overwrite or Clone on a duplicate record - is there a way to just update? There maybe a situation where some fields have changed but others haven't - I assume overwrite will replace all date and not just update the fields with new / updated information? Any
Product Stock Management
Probably there is an error while defining the stock-ordered quantity for a product according to the status of the order. The quantities are updated only when the order is inserted (i.e. if I place an order for 8 pieces of a product I correctly found that the "Qty Ordered" is increased by 8 pieces). If i change the status of the order to "cancelled" or "delivered" the 8 pieces remain in "Qty Ordered". If I directly place an order as "delivered" the "Qty in stock" is increased of the number of pieces
Combine Chinese (Chinese) language and English in Record
I have a client whose database is English-based but who has users in China. They want all records in English in order to collaborate, but China users would like two extra fields to enter Contact Name and Company Name in Chinese characters. I cannot sort Activities by Related To
In the list of Activities there is a "related to" column which lists the accounts associated with each activity. I can click on it and click sort, but it does not work and does not sort the rows as it says it will. Please advise.

upgrading from free to paid, what will happen to my free accounts?
I want to upgrade from free to paid. I currently have 3 free accounts [all are admin] If make the upgrade, what will happen to the free accounts, will they all discontinue? of they continue and I will have 4 accounts, can I change 2 of the admin accounts to be regular and maintain one account as admin so the structure will be 1 admin, 3 users? Correction of values for converted prospects
Hello, I'm having problems in Zoho Reports with duplicated values that appears in the report I create. I've seen that it is due to changes that have been made in a specific field after converting the lead. For ex: - Before converting, the lead contry said: México (with accent) - After converting, we changed it to: Mexico (because we saw it was better to avoid accents). Column Width
I don't understand why the column width can not be changed or the column width adjusts based on the length of the data in a field. This is basic. Street address and phone number for example wraps within the cell so the result is only about 8 records being viewed per page. Highly inefficient use of screen space and quite annoying. Zoho needs a solution for this. It may be costing you users. Does anyone have a workaround?????

Just starting using Zoho to track my contacts. I want to enter some data such as when a catalog was sent or when an email was sent. Which is the best method to do this? In looking at tasks or events, I have to record a start time and completed time or date which is obviously not needed on past events or even on future ones really. Is there a better way? Thanks! Same customization for all users in Free edition
Hia, I just started to try the Free version. And it's looking good so far. I finished everything I wanted to finish (changing and adding fields and stuff). Now, I'm thinking to add my collegue into the system. I can't seem to find a possibility to copy my settings (eg leads with all the added fields and sections) to his account. Am I doing something wrong? I don't see any "copy to all employees" or something ... 'elp? plz? thanks!

List More than 1 Product Unit Price?
Is there a way to list, in a Sales Order document, more than 1 product's unit price? I would like to list off individual prices, so that my client knows exactly what they are getting and can add it up themselves should they want to, but all I see for a merge field is "${Products.Unit Price}". Is there a way to list the 2nd products unit price without including any relation to the first one?
Edition downgraded???
Suddenly I was unable to perform any tasks from the Professional Edition account. Then I looked into the new "Other editions" tab that appeared in the menu and to my surprise I see thatI have been downgraded! I am subscribed to and regularly paying for. The last invoiced email shows as the next renewal date 07/06/2013 This is very serious. What it's happening? Please can anyone get back to me asap?
