Dear zoho staff, great product. I need to automatic send recurring notifications to my clients by e-mail every year since they registered a service. For example: 1. client or contact "Mario" buyed a product on "27th February 2014" 2. every year, the 27th of Genuary (one month before the expiration) an automatic email is sent to client in order to renew the product buyed How can I make this possible with workflows or other in zoho crm? Change FROM field in Email Template
In ZohoCRM under Setup -> Templates -> and when I'm editing one of my Templates, I want to change the *From field to be a generic email address, not associated with one of our Zoho user accounts. Is this something that can be done? Or do I have to pay for an additional user (that'll be a dummy user) and then assign them as the From sender? I tried adding a secondary email and verifying it for my account, but the *From field still doesn't allow me to choose my secondary email. I don't want this email

What is the reasoning behind the 100 record limit for mass update? 100 records is nothing; any sort of mass update takes many unnecessary passes of this tedious exercise. As a follow-up question, can we up this to either no limit or at least 1000?
More Column and Row Options for Matrix Reports

hidden potentials
I have hidden potentials in my reports which I can't make visible in any way but which are counting in my totals. For example if i look in "key accounts" than there are empty lines in the report and if i calculate by hand the sum of the potentials than i can only conclude that the empty line contains an potential which probably has been deleted before, but which still counts in my totals. I have been reloading, recalculating , computing all, computing month by month, but whatever i do the error is

Email to Salesforce Equivalent - BCC to ZOHO?
Is there a feature whereby I can send any old email while BCC'ing to ZOHO and the associated contact will log the email? This is a standard functionality for most CRMs, and I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's doable. I see the ZOHO dropbox, but it appears to be limited to only 5 contacts....is this correct? Hi, I'm trying to configure email templates in Zoho CRM, for use as automated replies when someone submits a contact form from the website and what I noticed so far that in the "from:" field dropdown the only choices are the available Zoho CRM registered users. Rather than sending a "thank you for contacting us" sort of message with an email address of a real person, I'd like to have the email address set to a generic "info" sort of address. I couldn't find a way to do so though. Am I missing something?
Homepage Activities widget not showing tasks by NEXT DATE DUE - only Closing date
On my homepage, I need a list of my upcoming tasks and the date of the NEXT event due. All that shows in my task list is the DUE or CLOSING date, but I have many tasks with due dates much earlier. I try re-ordering, which is not good to have to do each time, and that takes me back to the beginning of time, basically. See the 2 screenshots - one of my homepage, one of my tasks. I'm new so it's probably me - but I've spent a ton of time looking for this and I can't figure out what's wrong. Thanks

Duplicate leads
We attend trade shows and are always getting new leads. However, we can get multiple leads from the same company, but we only want to import one per company. We currently wash the data in Excel to remove dups. However, the company my already exist in or leads DB and we do not want to add another lead from the same company. Zoho only allows no dups for email when importing. Is there a way to use the company name to avoid duplicates when importing into leads? Thanks Tony

Using only Leads whithout contacts
I am planing to use just the leads modul. The reasons to ignore contacts arefollowing: 1. By sync with Zoho Campaign I have to sync Leads and contacts and to send two campaigns not one. 2. The mobile app does not search in leads and contacts together 3. The field sync between Leads and Contacts is hard I know that the potentials and invoices are connected with Contacts and may be I won't be possible to use them. Adding and tracking multiple attendees
Hi, We sometimes hold meetings or forums with many contacts. Sometimes the contacts are from one account and sometimes the meeting may be a working group that is attended by people from different organisations. It's like an event but I don't want to send invites or track responses directly via email. If I don't do that I cannot find a way of updating who attended, who declined and so on. Emails not being saved to ZohoCRM
At least one of our users is not seeing his emails from Google Mail saved into CRM. Everything appears to be set up properly and he is getting no error messages, just no new messages being saved into the Zoho email and hence not being associated with the contacts' records.
Zoho has stopped importing emails from Gmail
Hi, When I started using Zoho I configured it so that it would import all my emails from Gmail (Google for Business). It seemed to do this very well and I now have a really good email history for my contacts in Zoho. However I have noticed that for the last few weeks, Zoho has not been importing emails. I haven't changed the settings in Zoho and Zoho hasn't given me any warning messages. I use two-factor authentication with Google so this may have some impact. Please can you help me resolve this,

Hi, we have about 80 users on a different levels of security and 3 admins which are responsible for the data. We would like to restrict all of the users from entering setup and changing data, most of all templates used for offers and contracts. Is it possible for us to restrict them from changing the structure of templates in setup and updating in mail merge, but for them to be able to use or edit them while merging? Regards, Uros
