I cannot confirm my account as I have signed up with an incorrect email address

Description

To sign up for a Zoho app, you will need to provide an existing email address. Once you create an account, a confirmation link will be sent to your email address, which you can use to verify your account

If you enter an email address that doesn't exist or doesn't belong to you, an account will still be created. However, you won't be able to confirm that account and access it, as the email address cannot be verified.

In such cases, you can change the email address of the account you've created and then proceed to confirm your account.

Solution

You can edit the incorrect email address when you try to sign into Zoho by following the below steps:
  1. Go to the Zoho sign-in page.
  2. Sign in using the email address you have used to create your account. Once you sign in, the account confirmation page will be shown.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the Enter Email Address field.
  4. Enter your correct email address, then click ADD. A verification email with an OTP will be sent to the mentioned email address.
  5. Enter the received OTP, then click VERIFY.
Your account will be confirmed and you will be able to access your account.
