When you're trying to invite users to a group, you might encounter the error that some members couldn't be invited. This could be due to one of the reasons listed below:
- The invited email address is invalid.
- The invited email address is a group alias address and does not belong to an individual Zoho account.
- The user's account is inactive.
- The user's account is not confirmed yet.
- You have invited more members than the maximum limit allowed for the group.
- The user is present as a member in the maximum number of groups allowed.
- The user is present as an admin or moderator in the maximum number of groups allowed.
- The user being invited is restricted from being a part of personal groups due to their organization's policy.
- The account of the invited user is marked as spam.
- The invited email address is not yet verified by the respective user.
- The user is already a member of the group.
- The user is being invited too many times continuously. Try again later.
