Session Chat

View chat messages that were sent during the session. Stored chat history for sessions can be access at anytime.

Go to Manage > Sessions from the dock
Click the View Details button associated with a session.
Click the Chat tab. Stored session chats will be displayed.
Click the View Details button for any chat to view the complete message, who sent it, and when.

Note: Chats can be exported while the session is running or after the session is complete. To do this, click the Export button in the Chats tab in the session summary.

Detailed analytics is a paid feature enabled based on your subscription plan.
