You can record your screen showcasing the issue you are facing and submit a support request from the Bookings Help widget directly, which enables you to solve your queries much easier and faster.

Initiating a support request, navigating through back-and-forth interactions, and reaching the ultimate resolution can sometimes be a challenging process. The support team often requires time to grasp the issue accurately, given the potential for miscommunication or incomplete information. The screen recording feature empowers users to showcase the specific problem to the support team promptly, resulting in swift resolutions.
The screen recording feature is facilitated by Quartz, accessible through the help widget in the Bookings application. Using this feature, you can:
- Record the screen and demonstrate the issue through the recorded video
- Provide an explanation along with the video through voice recording and annotations
- Mask sensitive information by blurring certain sections of the video
- Edit the video with options like trimming, highlighting, and more
- Raise a support request attaching the recorded video
4. Steps to record screen and raise a support request
- Click Help in the bottom-right corner of the Bookings application. The Help widget will appear.
- Select Support at the bottom-right corner of the help widget, then click the Screen Record tab. Click the Proceed button.

- The Quartz screen will appear. Read the message and provide your consent by selecting the checkbox. Click Start Recording.

- Demonstrate the issue in your Bookings app and click End Recording.
Note: Please start the recording and recreate the issue within the same browser profile, which enables us to track logs and ensure error-free debugging.
- If you need to re-record the video, click Record Again. You can also click the Edit Video button and perform the below editing options:
- Masking: You can blur or block any sensitive information on the video.
- Highlighting: Use the rectangle or square icons to mark the section which you are pointing to.
- Text: Describe the queries or give more information with text.
- Arrow: Use the arrow icon to add an arrow at any part of the video.
- Add Voiceover: Click Add Voiceover and speak to add your narration throughout the video.
- Trim the video: Use the left and right corner markers to trim the video.
- You can preview the video by clicking on Preview Video on the recorded video.
- Enter the Subject and Description for the support request, then click Submit. Your request will be submitted with recorded video attached.
