Resource Calendar Accounts

Super admins and admins can access this information. Managers and staff do not have access to this information. 
The availability of a resource can be managed by adding calendars. 

To add calendar to a resource 

  1. Click the Settings icon on the menu bar.

  2. Click Resources. Select the desired resource in the left pane.

  3. Select Calendar Accounts in the middle pane.

  4. In the right pane, click Connect next to the calendar that you want to add. Click Accept.

  5. In the Check for Conflicts with window, select the calendars from which availability needs to be checked for the resource and click Apply.

  1. Click the edit icon against Add Bookings to section and choose any calendar to which the resource bookings should be added to. Click Apply.
                               

While booking a resource, its availability will be checked from the calendars chosen under Check Conflicts with section and its bookings will be added to the calendar chosen under Add Bookings to section.

  

 Note:
 You can add multiple calendars to a resource in this page by clicking the +Add Calendar option.
          Availability can be checked from multiple calendars. Bookings of a resource can be added to any one calendar under Add Bookings to section.

Connecting  Zoho CRM Calendar to a resource  

When Zoho CRM Calendar is connected to a resource, the admins can choose which staff's calendar needs to be synced to it.

Ensure that the required staff is added in your Zoho CRM before connecting the calendar.

After adding Zoho CRM Calendar, it displays the list of Bookings staff added in the CRM. Admins can choose a staff calendar and connect it to the resource.

 

                        

Likewise, the bookings(appointments) can be added to any staff's calendar in the Add Bookings to section.
