New Post

Post a Topic
- Select the required project and then click Forums.
- Click New Forum Post in the upper-right corner, to create a new forum post.
- Enter the following information in the appropriate fields: Title for your forum, type a brief on your title in the Content section, attach files, choose a Category.
- Select post type.
- Sticky Post: The post is always visible at the top
- Announcement: The post notification is sent to all project users
- Q&A: Ask a question and discuss with your project users
- Select a flag for the post. Posts can be Internal (only for project users) or External (for project and client users).
- Select users to send notification about the topic.
- Before publishing, preview the forum to ensure everything looks as intended.
- Once satisfied, click Publish to post.

Manage a Topic
- Click the Forums module in the top band of your Project.
- Hover over a Topic and click
to add tags and click Save.
- Click on the forum post to open.
- Click Follow to receive updates about the topic.
- Click Post a comment via email to post a comment through email.
- Click
in the upper-right corner and then
- Select Edit or Delete.
- Select Move to move forum to another Category
- Click Copy Link to copy Forum URL to clipboard
