I am not able to delete my workflow. Why?

In Zoho Campaigns, you must first freeze the workflow, then shut it down and finally delete it.

Follow the steps below to delete a workflow:

1. From the Navigation toolbar, select Automation and choose Workflows.

2. Hover over the workflow you want to delete and click the Freeze icon.

3. Once your workflow is frozen, click the Shutdown icon.

4. Wait for the workflow to completely shut down and click the Delete icon.

Alternatively,

1. From the Navigation toolbar, select Automation and choose Workflows.

2. Select the workflow you want to delete and click the Freeze button on the top-right.

3. Once your workflow is frozen, click the Shutdown button.

4. Wait for the workflow to completely shut down and click the Delete button.
