Inviting users to a Network

Overview 

Network admins can invite members, guests, by typing their email addresses or by uploading a.csv file containing the addresses. 

Who can invite users to a Network?

Only the network admins can invite users to a Network.
In case the admin hasn't verified their account, they'll need to complete the verification before inviting people.

How to invite users to your network? 

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right.
  2. From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
            
  1. In the pop-out, select the required user type (Members/External Users/Guests) from the listing seen on the left.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the users, separated by a comma.
  3. You can upload a.csv file containing the email addresses of users to be invited by clicking Import Users.
  4. Once uploaded, the email addresses will be listed out. 
            
  1. For External Users/Guests, select the default Groups and Boards they can access.
  2. Click Send Invites. 
Users can be a part of only one internal network at a time. They can, however belong to any number of external networks.
