Introduction
Split View is a module view in Zoho CRM’s NextGen UI that gives users the power to break down large sets of records into smaller, categorized tables—based on a specific field such as a picklist, user, or any defined criteria. This layout allows users to interact with multiple sets of data side-by-side, providing a more contextual, clutter-free, and actionable interface.
Rather than filtering or creating custom views each time, Split View offers a streamlined way to see different segments of your data at once—making analysis faster and workflows more efficient.
Imagine you’re a sales manager working with hundreds of deals. Instead of scrolling endlessly or applying filters, you can use Split View to automatically organize those deals into three categories—Small, Medium, and Large—based on their revenue value. Now, each category appears in its own panel, making it easy to focus on the deals that need your attention most, all in one screen. Similarly, you can split your module data based on record owner or a picklist to draw insights
This kind of instant segmentation helps teams stay organized, quickly draw insights, and take smarter actions without leaving the module.
